First class customer service and expertise in providing a new boiler, fitted on time with no fuss whatsoever. Martin was friendly and professional at all times and explained everything clearly. All in all the service was exceptional and comes highly recommended.

Needed an emergency repair slap bang in the middle of Bank Holiday weekend. Loss of revenue at stake and Carma came to the rescue. They were great - got it fixed at a very reasonable price and in a short space of time. Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommended

I contacted Martin from Carma Plumbing and Heating to discuss a full kitchen refit. It was a very big job but didn't phase Martin. He provided a detailed quote and an estimate of timescales for completion. From day one Martin worked tirelessly and his attention to detail is second to none. Shower install and tiled bathroom, really pleased with the job. Martin is an absolutely top fella and I will have him do just about any job on my house. Highly recommend!

We've called on Martin on numerous occasions, some for emergencies - fitted new boiler, some radiators, fixed a leaking floating toilet and shower system. Top notch plumber, knows his trade extremely well. Nothing too much trouble. The team now service yearly both our oil boilers and my Mums too. Certainly recommend Carma Plumbing and Heating, excellent service.

Martin and his team came to my home and fitted new radiators throughout but what impressed me the most was the fact he fitted them in such a way that you couldn't see the pipework and you could remove to paint behind without turning the water off, truly amazing. Martin also witnessed a very bad plastering job and literally insisted on making right even though it wasn't his work. Carma Plumbing and Heating are a one stop shop for all your needs and I will simply not use anyone else. Thank you Martin and your team.

I called Martin when my boiler failed. Great communications around options for replacement and made us a priority as it was cold!! He did a really good job, the bricks were a perfect match where he removed the wall boiler. Would highly recommend - friendly, timely, reasonably price and above all 5* workmanship.

Awaited outcome of an agreement reached through help of the County Court. Was agreed my costs of nearly £400 be reimbursed. About 2yrs before then, Martin sent me numerous emails for return of a tumble dryer vent hose assembly which went 'walks' during the install of my new boiler. He kept emailing not having time to drop it off, then he'd post it. That was June 2020.. Still nothing. x5 months after new heating install, a part in the heating system developed a fault, x3 times Martin did not attend his appointments. On the last occasion, no apology or follow up provided. It was winter and cold. His attitude was to shrug his shoulders and say.."remove the part yourself, send it to manufacturer and then reinstall replacement". I had a qualified engineer make the repair. Martin was billed and due to non payment legal proceeding followed. 
Finally County Court helped get my money back. 
After the agreement he sent an email "Maybe we should meet up *****  Just me and you”.   Make of Martin's message as you will !

Seems over the past weeks since my review, mysteriously, others are leaving perhaps fake 5* reviews....
