Don't buy ANY device brand connected with CarlCare. You will regret it.

I bought an infinix phone which I found to be 'locked' when I received it. You have to apply to CarlCare to get it unlocked. I have made six attempts over the last three weeks to get it unlocked with the proper documents and they just keep repeating the same thing - provide the correct document. The unlock appeal process is obviously AI. Their support chat is AI, when you ask for a human you wait hours and get another AI who tries to claim its a human. When you email them you get AI responses. Their AI is not intelligent at all. When you talk to anyone on the phone (the only way to get a human) they are completely clueless and unable to resolve anything - and they don't care. I will never ever buy any device or brand that is connected with CarlCare again, now that I know they exist, I have been sold a phone that is now a useless brick. A couple of hundred dollars completely down the toilet - here's hoping I can at least get a refund from the seller.

DOA Approved but Not Honored – Serious Service Failure in Turkey

I purchased a brand-new Tecno Camon 40 Pro 5G in Turkey. From the first moment of unboxing, the device froze in WhatsApp and Messenger, with the touchscreen becoming completely unresponsive.

Carlcare Global approved my DOA (Dead on Arrival) request via email and confirmed that the device would be replaced with a brand-new sealed unit without repair or internal inspection.

However, Tecno/Carlcare Turkey claimed they had no information about the DOA approval and insisted on opening the device for inspection. I clearly stated I do not accept repair for a factory-defective brand-new product.

There is a serious communication breakdown between global and local service teams. As a customer, I am being redirected without resolution.

I am requesting a proper DOA replacement as approved globally. This situation is damaging trust in the brand

My phone suddenly locked, and I’m having a serious issue with accessing my important data. I reached out to Carlcare multiple times via email and their APK, but they never responded. It’s extremely frustrating when you’re dealing with a critical problem and get no support at all. I needed urgent help to recover my data, but Carlcare ignored me completely. I would not recommend their service to anyone, especially if you have urgent issues or important data on your device.

They ruined my phone 😭

They ruined my phone 😭, my screen was coming off my techo camon 18 premier, so it does gon on and off almost like there's something loose under it, went there, this guys didn't even do proper diagnosis and said it's the screen and need new one, they opened the back, after I for home, my microphone, speaker and charging system stop working, my phone no longer vibrate

I submitted my spark 30 pro KL7 Model…

I submitted my spark 30 pro KL7 Model at the carl care service center located in MA Jinnah road sadar Karachi on 26 June 25.
I tried to call at branch but no one is attending the call even after 6 days.
I call to help line number many times but each time it was committed to arrange call but all in Vail.
I have also e mail and a reminder just yesterday but no response on mail as well.
I suggest if carl care can not facilitate the customer then it must windup his
service center as they don't know the meaning of customer care and how to facilitate customers.

My phone's screen cracked

My phone's screen cracked. I sent it to be fixed, I paid and it was fixed. Only for the screen to start freezing. Meanwhile it wasnt freezing even when it was cracked. I sent it back, instead of them to fix a new one, they told me it was a software problem and my phone has to be flashed...just because they dont want to fix a new screen which Is wouldnt have paid for because the one month warranty wasnt up. Now after they made me lost all my documents and information on my phone, the screen kept freezing. Such a wicked and stingy individuals working at this place.

"I am so frustrated to Carlcare Cebu SM
my phone was sent to be repaired and then they said no parts available so they offer refund but the refund is 3 weeks already and it doesn't have any updates yet.
They always promise and say it's already process.
Since, I finish sending the necessary documents.
Like Valid ID's both with my partner and the Authorization letter.
I am 8 months pregnant but I think until 9 months. I cannot get my refund because the company doesn't have the intention to release my phone refund. I don't have phone for 3 weeks already. What takes it too long. I already used lots of money for international call. Just to get in touch with the customer service but still it's so hard to talk with you guys. All of you are full of promises. You get my phone and then offer a refund and it the end nothing. Such a waste of time. My phone Tecno Phantom Vflip was in your hands and you don't have any Updates for the refund. I hope you will be happy as I experienced really bad bad bad bad . Extremely bad services with you guyz.
I don't like to buy any products now that has warranty of your company.

So disappointed puutaa, i decided to go carlcare service to repair my GT20 pro, but almost 2 months no updates and after a week of complaining they alreaady fix the unit, but the another problem again is the charger left in service and they cant find lmao

CarlCare is the worst service center ever.

The most WORST company ever I saw. Their agents are the most dumbest species on earth. They do not understand any single thing and keeps sending the same messages when I say "this didn't worked for me." They can't do anything about any issue I contacted about and I always left without getting the help I needed.

I HIGHLY recommend that, do not buy any SINGLE THING that has "CarlCare" as their customer service partner.

Pathetic Service, False promises, No Response

I bought Techno Phantom Flip 5G. They say premium support, its been more the 2 months and phone not yet repaired. Issue with display, then battery was not charging. Replaced battery still it is not working. Again they say another week time it will be fixed.
