Terrible customer service! I wanted to charter a round trip they kept asking stupid questions and told me to find another company
Looking for a flight from Barbados to a small island brought me to this private charter company. It appeared that this could possibly have suited our large group flying in from two different continents at varying times and so I asked for a quote which I was invited to do on the website.
It resulted in quite honestly the rudest email I have experienced in quite some time. The quote was given and for our group the price was too high. An email arrived informing me the quote was about to expire and did I want to continue. My response was "Thanks for the quote but I'm afraid it's too expensive". Short, I agree, but to the point and not rude. The immediate email I had back was a barrage of insults telling me that I was ill informed, hadn't done my research and was wasting their time in putting together a quote. Wow. Amazingly the exchanges went on which is surprising given that the respondent is clearly so time poor! I won't copy and paste the rest of the emails I received as you are probably getting the picture here.
I have now received an email from the company telling me that I am recommended to remove this review on what he calls Pilot Trust (the irony that the review is of an airline company is not lost on me here!) as apparently it could be termed as slander and I may hear from their lawyer. Hence I have removed any direct quote from this post.
