I made my second service visit to Carglass MATARÓ La Teixidora, just north of Barcelona, and like the first visit it was excellent in all respects. This is a top-level, high-quality operation from start to finish, with company-owned shops and not franchises.
They take care of the paperwork with your insurance company, all that I had to do was bring the care in on time and they have it all prepared for immediate work.
Their staff are excellent people, the two technicians that took care of my car, Ismail and Sebastian, were both very professional and polite.
I added in the optional windshield glass protection and am happy with it, it's like the glass doesn't exist and the rain simply rolls off. More clear at night as well, I can see without any glare so safer night driving.
I'm sure that you will be satisfied with Carglass, wherever you are.

I have been waiting 5/6 months for this. I needed to call you guys 20-25 times. Whatsapped , and emailed. No one replied or gave me info. Roberto the manager of carglass Alicante stopped replying after 2 messages, didnt pick up the phone anymore and eventually blocked me on whatsapp.

Its absolutely unaccaptable. What an terribe service and shame for your company.

I will put a review on google and the website accordingly.

Please also note that I dont need you to come for replacement anymore.

I will strongly advice anyone who will ask not to use carglass.

Please raise a official complaint for it.

An amazing experience, I was an hour early for my appointment and explained I'd dropped off a family member at the hospital for chemo, they could have not been more understanding or more efficient. Two technicians immediately started on the vehicle whilst I sorted paperwork in the office, they got a little bit more by changing the wiperblades, reception were very efficient, helpful and friendly, the job was completed speedily and first class. A pleasure from start to finish. ☆☆☆☆☆ Thank you.

Carglass Tortosa repaired and replaced the frontglass of our Toyota.
Very nice and professional people who did perform the job within the estimated time.

Excellent service! I needed a windscreen replacement for my Range Rover Sport and Carglass was recommended by my insurer. It took a week to obtain the glass find a slot to fit me in, but they did a great job in their Marbella depot. Nice clean job, including camera calibration and they even gave me a small gift. Very good experience.

Carglass too ages to get back to me with a price for my rear window. This gave me the time to look around and I found a good alternative which eventually was a much better deal. Carglass came back to me with a price of 750Eur. Meanwhile I check other options and found Ralarsa who charged me for the same replacement 485Eur.
So the slow response of Carglass backfired on them.

Helpful staff, spoke English, dealt with my issue immediately, fast, friendly and professional. A rental car with a chip in the windsceen.

Rental company didnt notice the repair, nice work !!

It would have been zero stars but last week their fitter who came to my house resolved the issue very quickly and efficiently . Serafin was prompt and courteous and could identify why the problem arose and repaired it plus he repaired the near side pillar as he said a problem would arise because of how the windscreen pillar had been re fitted. Carglass Chiclana is undoubtedly the very worst example of customer care, reliability and communication, but they have at least one knowledgeable and professional mobile fitter, Serafin, who restored my faith in their work skills. The company itself did nothing to amend their attitude or communication and It is not helped by the insurer ISP who placate you with idle promises and failure to support their clients. However, thank you Serafin.
