Great experience ! Very simple and fast, a five minute ride with a shuttle bus at Malaga airport, very quick and friendly transaction, I had à nice car for four days which I gave back as smoothly as on the arrival. Thé employee had told me : trust us. And he was right. I recommend Car Gest !

For the 2nd time very good experience
For the second time we hired a car here. Ones we went to a other and that was a bad experience. So after that we hired at Carjet again. They have a fast and food service. What you hire is what you get and ALWAYSpay what you booked. So no extras payment for extra insurance the day you pick up the car or after.
Also when you call, they help you fast and even if you want to extent the hire period.
Fast ride from and to the airport where they stationed within 5 minutes.

One of the best experiences
One of the best experiences. The car was very new, clean and full options, however I booked an economy small car. The check-in process was quick, simple and friendly. The shuttle works also fast and without any problems. All in all, the best and deserve more than 5 stars. Thanks for making nice experience for us.

Really nice and good, clean car!
We got a nice, extremely clean (which isn't always the case with car hire companies, we know by experience) young car, a Seat Ibiza. The staff (pick-up and return) was nice and since we had all insurances covered with the booking, the only thing they tried to advise us was a car with automatic transmission, which we didn't need. They also told us the navigation wasn't included and CarPlay wouldn't work unless we took a more expensive car but it actually did work, so our guess was right.

Good experience…definitely recommend.
We rented from CarGest recently and can definitely recommend them. Courtesy transfer from airport took a few minutes and the car was ready. Dropping it off two weeks later was simple and we were at the airport within 15 minutes. Would use them again and can recommend to others.

Cargest is a great company. I had a a great experience. I must say i never experienced so smooth and a quick service from anywhere in the world. Pick was so easy and they handed over car in less than 5 min and same for the return. 5 stars.

Good company to rent your car
Everything runs always very smoothly , is very easy to get en bring your car back. They have good prices , very good cars . Once came there via Sunny Cars , and since then i always reserve my car directly at Cargest . 2 options : cheap without all.risk insurance , 1 a bit more expensive with all risk insurance . And it works fine ,never a problem .

I did have a problem
I did have a problem, but it probably was my own fault for not really understanding what was required on the early morning return. Advice was thumb pointing over shoulder 200 metres down the road no mention of the different return name.
I did get it solved by returning to depot and asking, I followed up the directions given, and physically visited the what I thought was the other CarGest depot, it was a CarGest depot so I went in to ask, a very good job I did or I would have been stranded at 3 am with no idea how to return the car or get shuttle back to airport. That depot too was closed at that time in the morning. It turns out that the car needed to be returned to a depot 75 yards down the road called EASY PARK. At no time was this fact mentioned to me and after a 220 kilometre return visit to the original CarGest depot and my own instinct to actually go into both depots for instructions I give 3 stars because it was very economical and the car quality was excellent.
If I return I would use them again knowing exactly what’s involved in returning at early morning returns.

The staff was extraordinary helpful
The staff was extraordinary helpful! We had flewn in with a dog in a travel crate and were allowed to let her out and travel with her on the shuttle bus to the car rental building. The car handover (beginning and end) was easy and quick. We only were a bit overdemanded with running the hyper modern display functions. Also the instructions for use in English (or German) would have been helpful.
