This company is a scam, do not trust!

This company is a scam. They took my money and I have received nothing to show for it. I have tried calling them, and emailing them over a dozen times but I am unable to get through to anyone.

I was approached by a lady called Fiona Hayne in January after I reached out via the company website for CV help. I signed up for the service on offer for £245, and then had a call scheduled with the company head, Kimberley Marshall. The call went ahead and the promise was to receive a CV within a week. I got the first draft and it was absolute bogus! So much faff and jargon - I couldn't tell head or tail of my CV. When I reverted with comments and edits, I was told that this is the sort of CV required to be picked up by the automated systems on LinkedIn.

This was back in February. It is now July and despite multiple attempts I have not had any communications, nor have I received my money back. I was told that Fiona is now on maternity leave and nobody else has responded to my emails. I cannot get through the phone number listed on the website, and eventually, I have even reported this scam to Barclays.

Do not use this company or you will end up losing your money just like I have, with nothing to show for.

Please don’t trust this company! Scammers

Please don’t trust this company. I had approached for writing my cv. I paid the money they had asked me for.

I completed the questionnaire and sent it to them. They sent me a draft cv that was incorrect not aligned to what I did, grammatical errors, incorrect sentence formation. Looked like a bad case of copy paste!

I sent back my comments. No response for 3 weeks then finally I approached one of the staff on what’s app. She said she had an accident that’s why she was unable to amend my resume.

Following day, they send me a final cv with the same errors! After that no response to emails, phone numbers disconnected.

All communications ceased.

That’s there site

Career communications bogus company. Phone numbers email nothing works.

The people I contacted was: Fiona Hayne (half way through the process she went off on maternity leave)
