Absolutely brilliant company, I was having problems with another company I purchased a wiring harness from as it was the wrong one, they wouldn’t reply to my messages , I contacted this company asking for help, they went out of their way to help, asked for pictures of what I was trying to do, they got back within an hour and let me know that I didn’t need a separate wiring harness so saved me all the hassle and cash.
Still waiting to hear back from the other company!!

Great service from start to finish. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell and they take the time to explain stuff to car audio newbies like myself unlike another company that goes by a similar name. I paid for next day delivery and unfortunately through no fault of their own the parcel turned up a day late (DPD's Fault) car audio direct were very forthcoming in compensating for this. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The technical team were superb with their advice, telling me exactly what I needed to get the head unit working. I really appreciated their time and patience in understanding what I was asking and telling what I needed to do.

This was the third company I had tried, after the previous two had let me down. I really needed the unit by the Friday, but my order wasnt placed until Thursday afternoon. I wasnt expecting much, based on my previous experience with other online sellers.
To my amazement, my new entertainment system arrived Friday lunchtime, and I was able to fit it in time for a long journey that evening.
There wasn't much (or anything) in the way of comms regarding my order status, but they still get all 5 stars from me.
