Thank you for my recent order for rubber car mats for my 22 Tucson Hybrid N Line S They have already been put in the car, they fit perfectly, look lovely and no horrible smell from the composite as some cheaper rubber produces. Charles. (November 22) TO anyone wishing to use car accessories plus, if you have an N Line S Hybrid just order the HYBRID MATS guarantee you they will be the correct ones. Tunnel mat for the rear is worth getting the same time also.

Ordered some alloy wheels for my Kia through Car Accessories Plus. Delayed due to Kia, I must add.

Downsides, no notification that wheels were on back order after placing order. Only found out by phoning (previous email went unanswered).

However, spoke to Andy and Charlie a few times on the phone. Both friendly and very helpful. Always phoned back when they said they would, and Andy phoned to let me know that wheels had arrived from Kia and were on their way to me (did go to voicemail as I was working and unable to answer).

Will consider using Car Accessories Plus again in the future.

I ordered some mats for my genuine rubber mats for DS 7. I raised the order on Sunday. Spoke to Andy and he advised that item had not arrived. He apologised and was happy to offer refund. Then I had call on Thursday to say item had arrived. Then he was going to tranport via Parcel Force which I was not happy with. But he advised there was a greater cost, but I was concerned due to postal strike I had no idea when I would get the mats which I had paid for. Pleasantly surprised received email later on to say being shipped by DHL and would arrive the following day. They did arrive on Friday afternoon. Very pleased with Andy and other people could learn from him good customer service is not dead. Thank you Paul

I bought front Wind Deflectors for my Peugeot 3008. On trying to fit them the day they arrived, I successfully fitted the passenger side one. But, on starting to fit the drivers side one, it cracked and a piece broke off. I called the "company" and he pretended to be helpful. Ten minutes after the call ended he sent me an email saying the best he could do was to send me another set for £60 (I had paid £70 including delivery for the pair I had bought). So, basically, tough and I would need to buy them again.

Also, the website I went into to place my order was Car Accessories Plus...yet the website shows a Stoneacre logo and they (he) uses an email address from @tradepartsxpress.co.uk. When I was on the phone complaining I made the point I thought I was buying from Stoneacre to which he replied "Yes you are". Three companies...???

If I could give this company 6 stars I would.
They could not have been more helpful.

Yes, OK, my Mazda wheels arrived in good time, direct from Mazda in Dartford, I think, included TPMS valves & centre caps, so hold fire on ordering extra.
