I recently purchased genuine Mazda roof rails from this company. I had considered cheaper non genuine parts before making this purchase but as soon as I opened the package I knew I had made the right choice in opting to purchase genuine parts. I was very impressed with the quality of the roof rails and same were very easy to fit. As regards to delivery, same was quick (within a week) and I was regularly updated of the delivery status from order to actual delivery. Usually i don't come here to write a review but to read them. This time I had to as my shopping experience was very stressful, just because I read lot of negative reviews after I purchased item through this company. I'm not sure what happened before, maybe because of covid times but the company were called from SCAMS and that. It was so many of them that if read those reviews before I make a move, i would definitely not buy anything. So i ordered the item last weekend and received today, communication was great and parcel force tracking was on point as well. Hopefully this review will help not only the company but also people who have doubts.

Just received my bonnet protector for my Toyota RAV4 delivery was spot on
No fitting instructions came with the part as Toyota don’t provide this with a manufacturer part for the vehicle as I have found out
Got onto car Accessories Plus and within 5 min sent me all the information I needed to fit the part spot on if I need more parts for my Toyota car will check with them first as a lot cheaper than going to a Toyota garage and you get a Toyota part in Toyota packages
