I had a great experience with Captain Spins. I was lucky and had a nice win of 1300 euros. I made a withdrawal and then I was asked to send in my ID, proof of my deposit method and proof of my address. I took pictures of the 3 documents and my account was verified quite quickly. After that my withdrawal was paid out. Really happy with the service so far. I like their daily bonuses as well. Every day there is something nice I can choose if I want to play. Good job :)

Did verification said it would take 48hrs. Had govt letter with name address ect and drivers licence. Not blurry. Had to contact live chat to find out what was happening beyond 72hrs
Declined verification.
All because I wanted to withdraw.
Oh.. but they allow deposits without verification.

No sure why so many bad reviews. I've been playing here for a few months now. Great selection of games, quick payouts and the customer service is good. The bad reviews are probably from competitors or disgruntled customers. I see they are on one of the most fair and trusted platforms, White Hat Gaming. Anyway, each to their own I guess.

First few wks nó problem with bonuses ect, then suddenly you get none or missing offers, you contact support and spent hr and hr to get a bonus added after 5 screenshots and 3 agents and as I say hr and half.... This last time time I done it as happened dozen times before which I let go cause when I went to add bonus it was not present on deposit, only after an agent told me I missed out on many promotions!!!! Still after raising this I went through same hr and half ordeal, they must think nó other sites out there??? Absolute joke.. Good luck

Good game variety a lot of provider easy navigation 24/7 live chat easy deposit using interac e-transfer. But the withdrawal time here takes long compare to the other casino can take only 24 hours to receive your winning.

Absolute scam. If you cash in your rewards points, there is almost no way of working down your bonus amount in order to withdraw. Over 250 of the slot games are not valid for working down the bonus balance, so it’s a real challenge to find one that will. My advice is to use jackpot city, royal vegas, Yukon gold, or captain cooks instead. I will NEVER use captain spins again. Total crooks.

I really don't get why there are so many negative reviews! I've played here for a few months now, they have an amazing slot selection, regular deposit match offers and the live help are generally very good! Cashouts are now more less instant! The only negative i could say is that the deposit match offer don't always show upon deposit but if you go to live help then they will solve it :-)

I created an account with them and deposited a large amount of money. But when I tried to play games it said my account was "under review"! I decided to withdraw all the money as the site seemed dodgy as I wasn't allowed to play any games.
Over the next week I chased them FOUR times for my money.
The live chat was useless. Different answers each time.
I was finally told they apparently sent me an email (which I never received) asking why I'd withdrawn my money without wagering anything...
Remember I was NEVER allowed to wager any money because they put my account under review as soon as I deposited the first amount of money, so that question was utterly ridiculous.
I was told to email them directly. Which I did... And never received a reply!!!
After chasing them, instead of withdrawing my money like I asked them to do SO many times... They put the money back into my gambling account without telling me.
I only found out because I logged in to contact the live chat AGAIN...
And as of now I still haven't got my money back. I have had to action the withdrawal AGAIN! But still waiting for my money to be returned.
Seems like this site is a complete SCAM. Avoid it!

I genuinely believe this site is a scam because they sent me an email (surprisingly mine which is why l received it) saying l was depositing from a corporate PayPal belonging to a different email and an account belonging to a corporation??
I’ve never heard such nonsense. I’ve sent my PayPal account details clearly showing l am the sole owner of this account and how did they get in it anyway??
The corporation? Oh that-it’s me!! Sole trader special needs teacher me!!!

Watch out for this sum bags,won £800 tried to withdraw the next day I tried to login to my account it was locked.contact customer services and was told my account would be closed because I got 1 date wrong on my birth date put 1984 instead of 1985 which was an honest mistake on my part.so get this they said they will not give me my winnings coz of this plus they would keep my £200 deposit coz my little mistake is fraudulent.the moral of the story is if I lost money they wouldn’t have mentioned this just because I won they looked for any excuse not to pay out.i feel I should at list get my deposit back and why they didn’t mention this during the verification process I thought that is the purpose of verification to make sure everything adds up with your account I guess not.

As somebody else commented, beware of the ‘loss limit’ issue. I didn’t know anything about this, made a deposit and got a few spins into the game and a pop up says that I’ve reached my ‘loss limit’ - doesn’t mention this before you deposit though.

It’s helpful to know it’s across the partner site too (Johnny Jackpot and CaptainSpins). Apparently it resets after 28 days...who wants to wait 28 days after depositing to play? I understand why the ‘loss limit’ is in place, but I don’t want it imposed on me and the amount determined by the casino. If I wanted a loss limit I could set it myself. Also I think allowing you to deposit first with no mention of imposed loss limit is also quite underhanded,

I lost €500 very quickly, after contacting support, Jenny gave me a bonus and recommended a game that I won over €2000 on. I gave them all my details and doc and got my withdrawal in a couple hours.

I think the people complaining about documents need to understand that this is a legal requirement for the casino, not sure what they can do about it. I have the docs in a pack on my PC just for this.

After I had made the deposit they restricted my account but I didn’t realised this due to being sent an email about it. I deposited the funds and started playing.

Half way though a game I got a message saying you have reached your loss limit. Baring in mind I have only put £50 on, it’s not a huge sum.

This is by far the worst gambling site I have ever tried. I won $1000 a few weeks ago and still haven’t received my money. Last Tuesday I won 900 euros. Today is Monday and I still don’t have my money. You can only chat with them and the all tell you different stories.
