Caprinos Pizza Reviews 

Took over 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I had to call the restaurant as they marked my food as delivered before I had even left the restaurant (they said it was an accident). I asked if my food would be frssh and hot, to which they affirmed it would be.
Over an hour later my food arrives, all of it was cold. I order a wrap, chips, and wings, all of it was cold. It was horrible. The meat was dry and tasted like it had been sat under the heat lamp exposed for ages. The chips were soggy and cold, and the wings were stringy, cold and tasted like low end supermarket budget wings.
Won't be going here again.

So rocket joes was closed and I was a little drunk so though I’d order from here, the size of this pizza is as small as a water drain for your house, 6 pieces must be the size of the 4 pieces with no difference, decent taste to the pizza but £9 for something smaller than my nans hip replacement is criminal

Average packaging but yeah it does taste good

Been very good recently but all undone by one delivery gone wrong and non-existent customer service.

My partner and I both ordered the lunchtime special with a can of coke each both of which carried the sugar tax surcharge, diet coke was instead delivered which neither of us can drink because of the sweeteners.

The delivery driver took them back and said the manager would call me to resolve the matter.

Nobody called and nobody has bothered answering the phone for three days, I paid for drinks we never had and paid the surcharge on them for the privilege.

Possibly the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had, soggy and just horrible tasting! And my cookies fell into mush when picked up, wow just wow I’ve can’t beleive how horrible the pizza tastes I’m shocked they have customers

Rang for 2 pizzas and was told a different price to the leaflet when I questioned the price she got stroppy and said do you want the pizza or not! I said don't bother with that attitude keep your pizza I will go elsewhere

Very bad company sometimes good but alot of bad times also come very late bad attitude on the phone and never apologise for being late never give anything lately to compensate for this tonight's response was what do you want me to do about it after nearly an hours wait already to be told will be almost another 30 mins that's what you get for being a regular customer 😠

Pathetic customer service and you keep getting told pizza is on the way when it certainly isn't.

Ordered a pizza at 7.47pm and it didn't show up until 9.30pm.. all this while the guy kept telling me the pizza is 5-10 mins away and mind you this was an hour back.
Once the pizza arrives it is a fountain of cheese and other toppings are like treasure, waiting to be found.. plus it would feel like you are eating a ball of raw dough (cos you need to make up lost time and hence not have enough cooking time!)

If you are hungry then might as well chop your arm off and eat it than order from this place!!!

The pizza dough was so light and not salty at all! The one in Wymondham was amazing, friendly staff and cannot wait to go back.

The food is lovely and the staff r really nice the food is always hot and my daughter said its best she's ever had :)

Placed the order 2 hours ago and I still have not received it.
We called after an hour and they said it would be with us within the next 5-10 minutes. That was now another hour ago.
Called again 52 times to be precise and they have hung up everytime.

To add when the food was eventually delivered it was cold and more than 2 items were missing.

Not impressed don’t waste your time.

It was an awesome experience. Their taste and quantity both are good.

WTH is this...pizza squashed and flipped over in box. Looked like it had been cut by someones thumb. Cold, wrong topping and tasted like pure grease. Felt sick after one slice and had to throw it away.
Late to arrive too. No answer on phone when I tried to call.

Do not provide your personal details. I provided my mobile number and email while ordering and still being bombarded by their promotional messages even though i clearly selected i don’t need their emails. These kind of businesses may even sell your personal details to 3rd party companies.
