Caprinos Pizza Reviews 

Really scummy company non existent customer service.
Ordered from Fleet branch and was double charged due to what I assume was website glitch.
Phoned branch and was told “didn’t know how to do a refund, manager would call back”
Never received a call back, pizza arrived late, explained the situation about the double charge to driver he told me to contact head office for refunds. Also to add to it he had given my order to another address by accident! So he had to return to the branch to make my order again, said he would be 15mins, was more like 30mins.
I contacted head office as instructed via webform never heard anything back. A week or so later I tried to contact via email, the email bounced back (does not exist despite being on their facebook) So I contacted via facebook messenger. I received an automated response saying they would aim to get back to me in 48hrs, they read the message a day later never responded, so I followed up again, they read it and didn’t bother responding. I have also tried commenting on social media posts and they’re simply ignored.
So I ended up paying £45 for a bland, pizza, with weird tasting pizza sauce and some wings that took almost 2 hours to arrive and have tried contacting vis several avenues to get a refund for the double charge only to be completely ignored. Now having to go via my bank to get a charge back.
I am due to move to a new area soon and had never used Caprinos before I decided to try them that night whilst working late at my office hoping they would be a good new pizza place to use in future, will never order from them again.

I waited 3 hours for my delivery, I called after 2 hours and they told me, my order had been cancelled. They hung up on me after I said I still wanted my order. then when it arrived it was all wrong and half of it was missing, the pizza had no sauce or toppings on it, just cheese, the loaded fries had lots of sauce and nothing much else, the wrap was practically empty, the bottle of drink was missing and the can of drink they sent was the wrong drink. I order from here regularly and this was the worst service I have ever received I was polite and understanding on the phone and was told to order somewhere else when I called to say I got the wrong order. I don't understand why I was treated this way.

Absolutely appalling, waiting what felt hours for a completely messed up order. I ordered cheesy and chicken chips and got a whole of rubbish ( jalapenos, BBQ sauce and a load of disappointment. ) #bring back boultham grill ! #boycott caprinos # bring caprinos down - Daughter

There was sour cream on my chips but took it off and it didn't impact my meal . Very nice Mac and cheese . Would rather a 4

Pizza was ordered online for delivery. Waited for an hour for pizza to be delivered when it was supposed to be delivered in 30 minutes. We tried to reach the store’s contact number but unreachable. Their delivery tracking tab on the website not updating no matter how you refreshed it. Seemed like the delivery man didnt have plans of delivering the pizza if we wouldnt have reported a scam transaction to our bank. Pizza and chips were no longer hot/warm when delivered. Worst pizza store in Slough, UK. Dont dare order pizza’s from them! Worst pizza store ever!

It had such good deals and qualities

Absolutely perfect pizzas and loaded fries delivered before estimated time for a decent price. Used their website which had a offer included so that might have influenced the price a little.

Will certainly use this company again. I've walked past the business many times when passing through Wellington and it always strikes me as very clean and well looked after.

Had the free 9” pizza on opening day in congleton the wait was no more than 5-10 minutes for a freshly hot baked pizza

Delivered by incompetent Caprinos delivery drivers who have no idea what a door bell is, I ordered pizza from Caprinos and not once did they inform me when the pizza would arrive. The delivery man stands outside my house 'ringing' me 10 times which I did not receive the phone calls. After that Ubereats calls me to check if the delivery man arrived, he since disappeared and they cancelled the order soon after not giving a refund back for an undelivered pizza.

Caprinos has beautiful food, the Wellington branch everything tasted so fresh and yummy! highly recommend, beautiful food and good portion sizes.
The churros and loaded fries are a must try.

Never ordering from the Liverpool one again. 3rd time ordering now & the pizza takes close to an hour to get delivered every single time 🚮

The branch nearest to me is fantastic! So clean and the staff are really friendly. The pizza is 10/10 it’s the only pizza I’ll order! The thin crust is the best, not too thin and in my opinion they have the best tomato sauce base against any other pizza chain.

Absolutely rubbish in fact disgusting, arrived uncooked & a 5inch pizza for £16 aweful, Asked for my money back they just laughed at me & said order another one & pay again...customer service ZERO. SIMPLY the worst takeaway I have ever COME across ....Don't waste your time or money !

Great pizza and food

If I could give 0 star review I would!
My first time ordering from here but my friend recommended it to me. My food took almost an hour and a half to arrive it was stone cold and the driver couldn’t understand understand a single word I was saying he also gave me not enough change never again am I ordering from here

Pizza was very good, lots of filling.
Delivery driver was extremely pleasant.

Brislington caprinos in brislington were very rude got my order wrong , didnt bring my free pizza which they stated it was buy one get one free .
And also they do not exsplain what things have in them like sauces and that which could be very dangerous for some .
Overall terrible experience

the staff here are lovely people and the food is really good (brackley)

Absolutely love this place paneer pizza and loaded are a must have I’ve ordered from here several times and always get friendly delivery staff keep up the brilliant service guys

Lovely pizzas and great deals. Hot wings are mighty decent too.

Bad point - The kids meals come with a cookie and they arrived the cookie was in with the curly fries and pizza soaking up the grease. Both kids didnt like the look of it after half of it was left stuck to the paper in the pizza box. It was as though the cookie was deep fried with the curly fries!
Apart from that the delivery and pizzas themselves were top notch.
