Fast delivery but the bag I ordered had…
Fast delivery but the bag I ordered had its leather scratched. Usually, in other stores that work with multiple brands (farfetch, matchesfashion, julian fashion...) the bag comes with its cover from the brand, but when I opened this one, there was only a very thin piece of silk paper. I contacted the shop to let them know but they didn’t offer me any solution and said that it has nothing to do with them and that if I didn’t want to keep it I had to return it at my expenses (the delivery from my country to Italy for the size of this bag is 60 euros) instead of trying to help me. Never ever going to buy here again.

The bag was sent to you with the original dust bag provided by the brand Marc Jacobs. When we receive the bags, they only comes with a plastic bag (that obviously is immediately broken to check the bag, and its personal dust bag that we have sent to you. In the last 10 ages we are selling MarcJacobs we are used to handle very carefully this items. And we reserve the same carefulness for all our customers orders when packaging.
We have sent you the picture we have taken of the bag just before wrap it up and the little scratch doesn't appear. So we don't feel responsable about it.
As written before you can return the bag and we'll refund you.
But before we just advise you that those sort of little scratches can be clean with a very simple massage of the leather with a proper leather wax.
