Kevin responded quickly to my call, explained the issue and fixed the problem quickly, he needed to order a replacement locking mechanism but came round as soon as they were delivered (next day) and my front door opens again. Excellent service, have used before for window locks and if needed would certainly use again.

Kevin answer my call on a bank holiday and fixed my locks in N1 just 2 days later. Reliable, quick, accurate. I would recommend.

Should ignore the service from this company as they sent a guy to fix the door and the guy just came and made the screws tight. And charged me as per their process. The girl in the call center didn't mention anything about call out charges, just had mentioned about labour charge. Also the technician did do a permanent fix, rather the door was having same issue next day. When I call again in the office they are saying I need to pay all the charges again coz it's not free service. Even when I said my problem was not fixed permanently. Absolutely scammers.

Kevin sent a prompt text to say he would be calling to find out more about the job. He called then asked what needed done. I explained the best that i could and he judged the cost would be £140 plus VAT. I thought he would want to see the job. Then he said he was off on a break for two weeks so to find someone else. Hmmm looks like he made enough money to enjoy his break...thats how the cookie crumbles for some!

Kevin changed my extremely elderly mother's locks after a break-in. He requested photos to provide a prompt and reasonable quote, attended on time and did an efficient, tidy job. I would recommend him highly.
