Extremely poor experience – avoid Capcito if possible
The service is unnecessarily administrative and far too complicated for something that should be simple. The migration to Fortnox has been a disaster!!
Communication has been consistently poor throughout, with little clarity or follow-up. After this latest mess with invoice purchasing, we’ve decided this is the last time we’ll use Capcito.
I strongly recommend exploring any alternative before considering them.
