Great bike
Great bike, & easy online tutorials on how to assemble including torque settings. Having to wait a little while for my second order for my wife but told it’s now being shipped. I’m hoping that we can change delivery with the courier as we are away on vacation for a while now.

No complaints, great value
So far my experience has been great after a handful of rides on this new bike which I'm adjusting to after many years only riding on hard tail MTBs. I think this bike is an excellent value.

Repair under warranty
I had a small issue with my bike straight out of the box, but I have to say the service from Canyon was absolutely superb from start to finish.
From my initial call through to collecting the bike from their workshop in Chessington, the communication was excellent. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, and the bike was repaired within a week.
It’s not often you have an issue with a new bike and come away genuinely impressed with the customer service, but Canyon got it absolutely right. Brilliant communication & efficient service.
Really impressed and would definitely recommend Canyon.

Personal shopping experience. Gavin measured my current bike then worked through new bike options. I was even able to take a bike home to and ride my terrain.

Exchanging was Quick and Easy
I ordered the bike for my wife --- and though the measurements were correct I didn't account for the fact that she has the legs of a 5;2" woman but the torso of a 5'7" person. We had to return the original bike and get a larger size and it was quick and easy. Now my wife if loving her new fancy, properly sized bike!
