Canopy Airport Parking Reviews 

Great drivers. Fast service.

The reservation and payment process was simple. We did not have to wait long for a shuttle at the terminal either. It was a great parking experience after traveling for 26 hours.

I usually use a competitor and decided to give canopy a try.- the wait times were ridiculous. On way home waiting for shuttle was like 40 minutes and the driver was rude to others who could not get on shuttle. That same competitor I saw 5 shuttles in the time that Canopy took to arrive.

I have tried other parking services at DIA but none of them have been as good as Canopy. Fast, clean shuttle. Friendly and helpful drivers. The only reason it is not a 5 star review....the parking lot really needs to be repaved or pot holes need to be filled. You are a popular and busy business and it shows in the asphalt.

Slow pickup at the airport at 10:00 pm
After years of being a Canopy loyal customer, I will probably move to the Parking Spot. They had 3 different shuttle vans arrive before Canopy had 1 on the west side. Our van could take 7 from east side and there were at least a dozen left behind…

Punctual, good drivers, reliable. It might be a good idea to fill the holes in the outside parking. It can be a bumpy ride.

Easy and quick pickup to and from the airport! Helpful drivers.

Canopy is always efficient. The drivers are pleasant and we never seem to have to wait.

Canopy parking is always reliable. You never have to wait but a short while for a van to pick you up after a trip! Always a good experience!

The shuttle pickup points have changed, but on the cards it still says the old places. Please print up new tickets to stop confusion. They don't have enough shuttles as pickup wait times are 30 minutes.

Car was safe and in great condition when we returned. One word of advice, please put a sign that lets customers know you have moved your pickup location outside DEN to outside of door 508, rather than door 504, as is stated on the ticket. Even a sign in the old spot or a text to customers would have prevented us from missing 2 buses Sunday evening as we waited in the old spot as designated on our ticket.

As usual, Canopy safely held my car for me until I returned. The shuttle drivers were top-notch too.

I had to wait a little while for the shuttle to the airport but when I called the shuttle was there immediately. Minor glitch. The driver was very friendly and remembered me on my return. I was impressed!
