I chatted on line with a rep to learn…

I chatted on line with a rep to learn where my VERY late package might be. It will be investigated and the shipping department will let me know.
I don't understand why customers are not provided with shipping information that can be tracked easily. My delivery was "sent" on the 27th of March and is still not here. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Zero stars

I would give zero Stars if possible. This company is so cheap that because they attempted to ship my heart medicine the cheapest way possible instead of the recommended priority, I never received my medication. It is stuck in customs and they have made no effort to assist with pushing it through. They also are only willing to refund a portion of the nearly $300 I paid them. This company is not trustworthy and should not be used. I recently discovered I can get my medications cheaper in the United States anyway.

Convenient ordering experience

The ordering experience is very convenient. It is pretty straightforward. The only confusion for me was after I submitted the check and prescription, a message that the documents were being processed would be helpful. I was under the impression that the documents still needed to be sent.

I ordered my medication on March 4

I ordered my medication on March 4, 2026. They told me was shipped on March 16, 2026 and today April 14 still don't have my medication. Before, whenever I called, I was told that I would have it in 10 days.
I received a letter dated April 1, 2026 from the FDA stating that my medication was at custom in Chicago and I couldn't receive it until I had a hearing.
I told them I wanted my refund and was told I would receive it in 10-12 days. I pray that will happen.
I used their service because through Aetna insurance I would have to pay $500 deductible and through Canada Pharmacy I would pay $209 for two months supply.
I checked the company and was verified it was legitimate.

1st time ordering and apparently…

1st time ordering and apparently original (script) was not attached to my order until 4/3/26 after being faxed from MD on 3/24/26. It took 2 live phone calls and a 3rd with supervisor to get my “script” found and reattached by back office team. Working with the chat bot was worthless! My drug is now arriving today supposedly but it took 10 days to get it processed and only because I was a pest. Sure hope any further orders go better. Margaret Lohr

Communication was great. Time to receive prescription is way too long.

Communication was great. Was able to chat with a live person. That said, their time between ordering a prescription and actually receiving it is too long for most people.Processing is 5 business days with a valid prescription and shipped in 10-20 business days. Once shipped, who knows how long it will be until you get your prescription.
