Delivered on time. Saw a picture, it was a beautiful arrangement.

I was a little disappointed that the delivered arrangement did not have the beautiful colours that were in the pictured item. It seemed that there was too much white and just a few flowers that were pink.
The purple was totally missing. I understand that the arrangement can’t be exactly like the picture, but I was hoping for more colour definition.

I sent a sympathy plant and a name was missed on the card. Looks like a family member did not care …. I asked for a 15% refund on the $122.00 order on my credit card and was refused. Canada Flowers does not stand by their refund policy.

Julian ensured that the substitute flowers the affiliate wanted to supply was sufficient. According to my sister and her family the flowers were beautiful and the food basket was a big hit - lots of new stuff to try combined with old favourites!

The flowers were lovely and arrived before 6 PM, which I appreciated. However, I had clearly mentioned not to leave them unattended, but that instruction wasn't followed. Also, I paid extra for balloons, but they weren't included with the delivery. Apart from that, the flowers were beautiful and we really liked them.
