Poor site design
It is not clear what needs to happen upon checkout and what steps you have to take. Not being able to use a credit card is a real pain. Attaching documents is a real pain as well.
As a professional UX Researcher and UX Architect + web and eCommerce designer, this site has a lot of opportunities for improvement

Great Pricing, Refill Issues within the System
I've been ordering the same prescription for almost 2 years now because the pricing is great compared to US prices, but even with a current prescription and refills on file, every time I place a refill order, my invoice says "waiting for prescription". So I have to call or chat with someone to have them adjust my order to reflect that there are refills available. The system needs to be fixed so the customer doesn't have to do this each time.
Also, the amount that is first quoted in the system is also off by one cent each time once I receive the email confirmation. So that also has to be adjusted because I've already submitted my check by then with the originally quoted price.
The customer service workers are very helpful in adjusting my order information, and I appreciate their assistance each time. Hopefully the above systems issues wll be addressed.

Was not allowed to purchase qty I need, site & customer service good
The site was easy to use and a real customer service person is quickly reachable by phone or chat. But I was told that I couldn't purchase all three inhalers due to how the prescription was written? It was going to be almost double $ to purchase 2 inhalers then 1 inhaler. So I am trying a different medical distributor instead.
