Horrendous communication! I have been trying to get hold of someone for the best part of a week and not getting any response! Not even an acknowledgement that you have received my emails and that you are looking into my request! Tried contacting via messenger through Facebook page and still no reply. And as usual....no phone numbers. The ones that I can find don't even work!! Poor customer service and will not use this site again! Stay clear if you expect any interaction with these people!

Absolutely shocking. Booked a holiday through campsited and unfortunately all 3 children were ill so can't go on holiday. Worried that i would spread it around the campsite. I cancelled the holiday 14 days before we were due to visit the campsite. Peak season so there would be no issue with the campsite Camping Tournesols being able to relet it. Instead of refunding the money to me, Campsited and Camping Tournesols decide that they would relet the pitch as well as keeping my money. DISGUSTING. Avoid both these companies at all cost. Imagine if airbnb operated like this! So shocking. Making money out of our misery. They should be truly disgusted in their greedy behaviour. Stick with Yelloh and Eurocamp.

Good choice of sites, and quick confirmation. Would be useful if the website remembered your details to save entering them again and again when booking multiple sites.

Search doesnt actually show availability for the dates you put in, you only find if your selection is available when you click the link to book. Unless they resolve this issue then this website is useless for booking a holiday in the high season!

Super easy to use, great format for checking out whats needed for a family of 5. Takes the hassle out of dealing with multiple campsites - highly recommend

Love this website, as well as big brands there are lots of independent campsites to choose from - its so easy to find and book a campsite holiday.

Campsited is a revelation! Beautiful campsites in nature all around the world, all in one place. And the Campsited Customer Service Team (Anna, Julie and Delphine) were so kind and helpful. I simply let them know my family size and where in France I wished to take an open-air holiday and they gave me inspiring campsites to choose from and guided me through the booking too!

We used campsite for 2 campsites in France last summer. Both sites were really lovely and as expected based on the info on the campsite site. Booking was very straightforward and there was loads of info on the campsite site.

Anna and Campsited were a swift and professional go between with our booked camping. I won't hesitate to use their services in our future. Recommended.

Brilliant facility for campers. Brendan & the team have a great knowledge about different campsites around the world and they will be able to guide you in the right direction based on your preferences. They were very informative and professional to deal with and I will definitely be back.

Helps in planning and organizing a trip

A great Experience! It previously used to take me hours to find an appropriate camp to take the family. We go every summer to France, but like to try different camps. Campsited has made this process so simple and easy, in the same way AIRBNB does for those looking for ordinary accommodation. Will definitely be using Campsited for all our future trips.

This is hands-down THE best way for booking a camping holiday in Europe. I had a 5* star experience from the moment I entered the website to finishing my holiday. The user interface is slick and it’s so easy to see what you’re paying for. I can’t believe someone didn’t come up with this idea sooner. It makes booking camping holidays a genuine joy.
