If I could give zero stars I would!

If I could give less than 1 star i would!! Room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. No clean towels provided for 3 days. One room had no heating for 2 days. Very rude staff ! Breakfast was abysmal. You were made to feel that you needed to hurry up as the staff couldn't be bothered . Breakfast time was 6.30 - 9.30 but staff wanted you in by 7 am so they could pack away. Staff were not happy when told No we would have breakfast when we were ready, especially after late nights at Disneyland . Not sure of the official rating of this hotel but I would probably not put it much above a hostel!! Definitely will not be returning to this hotel and will also be logging a complaint with company that we booked with

Stopped over here Sunday evening and…

Stopped over here Sunday evening and have to say awful service. There was a rude oriental looking male who clearly was having a bad day and didn’t want to be there. Apparently guests aren’t allowed to stand in the lobby, he clearly wanted a night shift with no guests to service or speak with. I will be raising a complaint!

Very poor services

Very poor services, Ac wasn’t working room looks dirty and there isn’t any phone to call reception service. Restaurant food was worse than Lidl food and prices are really high but quality isn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Rather stay in service accommodation.

A127 Campanile Review

I'll say this, it's okay. The one near the A127 is the one I'll be describing, so, it's not bad. It has some good food, for sure. Also nice staff. But, in general, some people were creeps and also, not only that. It had this rule: so, the buildings were so old apparently you were not allowed to bring any cooking equipment, e.g. an air-fryer. In general, good food, good staff. Just some creeps and all that.

Cirk Newton from Yorkshire

I have been working away in Liverpool and I have been staying at The Campanile hotel in Runcorn at first I wasn’t sure but I was soon put at ease with the friendly staff and the comfort of the rooms Megan the receptionist/Cook/cleaner was so lovely and helpful It really made my stay so friendly. I will definitely be stopping here when I work in Liverpool again.

Campanile Milton Keynes

Milton Keynes hotel worst experience and worst hotel ever been in.

Staff are homophobic making comments “just look at the sort of people from the club across the road” referring to an LGBT club.

When raising complaints with the deputy manager about issues with the hotel he just grins and badly hides a laugh and makes above comment when mentioning bad reviews having just looked online.

Terrible service avoid like the plague.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!! It has gone down the pan. Totally rubbish now.
What this abysmal company does not tell you is that ontop of you delightful... NOT! stay. You also have to pay for the privelage of using the car park. Which has now been sold to a private company.
USE OTHER HOTELS. PLENTY AROUND SWINDON.

Worst hotel in Swindon

Everything, from reception to manager seemed like there first day, no clue on how to deal with public and work in hospitality, except 1 gentleman in reception, he was pretty good, the hotel smelled of eather curry or marijuana depending on the day, faulty shower, dirty bedding on arrival, with new sheets laid yet dirty, was moved rooms 2x, Never staying again, just because it's the cheapest hotel doesn't mean It has to be this bad, sent an email to their main offices 2 days ago never got a response, campanille is worst hotel and company I have ever seen, oh and the manager seemed way to angry at me complaining about this all and wanted to offer me free breakfast, wouldn't touch there breakfast with a 10 foot pole.

Unresolved Parking Issue Leads to CCJ - Avoid Campanile Doncaster

I stayed at the Campanile Hotel Doncaster four years ago, and due to a problem with parking registration during a time when the hotel's reception was closed because of the COVID-19 lockdown, I've recently been hit with a County Court Judgment (CCJ) for an old parking fine. Here's my experience:

Pros:
The location is convenient if you're visiting Doncaster Dome or the Racecourse.
The rooms were clean and provided basic comfort.

Cons:
Parking Management: The hotel requires daily registration for parking, but when I couldn't access the reception due to unexpected closures, I was unable to comply. The hotel was unhelpful in assisting remotely, resulting in a fine from ParkingEye, which escalated to a CCJ years later.
Customer Service: When I needed help, the hotel's response was inadequate, leaving me to deal with significant legal and financial repercussions.
Lasting Impact: This incident has now affected my credit rating and caused additional stress, particularly given my health issues, all stemming from what should have been a simple administrative task.

Advice for Future Guests:
If you plan to park at this hotel, be vigilant. Register your vehicle as soon as you arrive or consider alternative parking arrangements.
Document all interactions with the hotel, especially if you encounter problems, as you might need this documentation later.

Overall: I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you're driving. The potential for enduring issues like mine, where a simple oversight turns into a long-term problem, is too high.

Note: I am currently attempting to resolve this issue with the hotel, seeking compensation for the distress and costs, but until then, I feel compelled to share this warning with potential guests.

Amazing Staff in Doncaster

The hotel is quite basic with simple amenities, but what really stands out is the incredible staff. They are friendly, attentive, and go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Their warmth and helpfulness truly elevate the experience. If you value great service, this is the place to stay!

Shockingly bad

Stayed in the Campanile hotel in Manchester. Not a good experience, breakfast was shockingly bad. Restaurante closed. The room were really tiered looking and desperately in need of redecoration.

The only positive was the staff and the beer prices.

Too expensive, SAFETY RISK!!

The price is too steep for what you actually get. €75,- per person for a 2 bedroom "room", when I could get a 4star hotel for €85,-. The room wasn't cleaned properly, stains on the walls, the sheets, all over the bathroom. I took a shower and the bathroom turned into a footbath, the water didn't drain properly & my clothes which I'd placed near the exit door of the room were absolutely soaked. I struggled to find replacement clothing as I was only staying for 1 night. The beds were uncomfortable at best, and "I could feel the metal poking into my skin every time I moved" at worst.

The scary part of it all was the security, though.

We got a late check-in, bc check in is available until 11pm as stated on their site. Instead we were greeted at 10pm by a closed reception and a note, stating that OUR KEYS WERE LEFT IN OUR DOORS (room number included) AND TO JUST GET THEM OURSELVES. If anyone had gone to our room before we did to do god-knows-what, we'd have been locked out with NO ONE to call.

I can honestly say I hated this place and won't be staying here again. I'm glad I was with a friend of mine or I don't think I'd have dared to fall asleep at all. DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL THEY CHANGE THINGS.

Avoid the one in Glasgow it's…

Avoid the one in Glasgow it's absolutely filthy, the rooms are disgusting with mould in the shower and ceiling. The carpet was manky & there was about 2 inches of hair around the skirting boards. Bodily fluid is on the walls & mattresses, with torn bedding & curtains. The smell in the hotel is vile and we couldn't open the window as it had been secured shut. I suspect they have either fleas or bed bugs as I am covered in bites. This place needs closed pronto as its a public health concern.
