Good watch straps, very poor service.

Camille Fournet is a well known maker of leather goods and highly regarded for watch straps. Their products are of quality but sadly, they are not geared for the Internet age as their follow up service is appalling. Emails, WhatsApp texts (they encourage this) go unanswered for weeks at a time. When spending EUR 475 (US$500) for a watch strap one expects a prompt and professional service. If you cannot visit any of there outlets to buy your straps, I recommend you go elsewhere rather than risk purchasing through their web site.
