Excellent product - Velbon C600 tripod
I've bought this tripod for it's fluid head which is very helpful for smooth moves of the video camera while recording.

Buy from them at your own risk
I ordered a compact camera at the start of the week.
Site says delivery takes between 24 and 48h, with free shipment for orders over 500RON. After I already confirmed my ordered (which was over the 500lei threshold) I was informed delivery would be made in 72hrs and would cost me 15RON. Upon receiving the package I found the camera box itself had the seal broken, with the software disc missing.
Not recommending to anyone and definitely not buying from them again.

In urma review-ului dumneavoastra, am investigat procedura adoptata pentru comanda in cauza, si facem urmatoarele precizari:
1. Produsele Canon nu sunt sigilate in Romania (canal oficial), indiferent ca este un aparat compact sau unul de tip DSLR / Mirrorless (puteti verifica unde doriti dvs: la concurenta sau direct la Canon Romania).
2. Intarzierea livrarii cauzata de lipsa stocului pentru 24-48h v-a fost transmisa de agentul care s-a ocupat de comanda. Puteati renunta in acel moment la comanda daca timpul de livrare nu a fost pe placul dvs.
3. Costul livrarii a fost transmis de catre agentul care s-a ocupat de comanda la momentul respectiv. Conform si mentiunilor de pe site-ul nostru de la sectiunea "Cum Cumpar", unele produse pot fi lipsite de includerea taxei de livrare in pret. (caz in care acesta se achita separat de catre client). Acest lucru este scris si pe pagina produsului imediat sub pret si are un NU mare si bolduit: "Acest produs
NU beneficiaza de transport gratuit." (puteti verifica si acest lucru).
Am incercat sa va contactam in mai multe randuri pentru a intelege ce anume v-a determinat sa acordati acest calificativ intentionat eronat si care dauneaza foarte mult reputatiei acestei firme. De asemenea afectati in mod direct oameni care se straduiesc zilnic sa fie perfecti indiferent de complicatiile care pot apare in procesul logistic.
Intelegem sa fim penalizati cand gresim si facem toate eforturile in a ne rascumpara orice mica greseala facuta vreunui client. Chiar si in acest caz s-a incercat identificarea erorii facute pentru a ne putea corecta greseala, insa nu ati dorit sa comunicati cu noi.
In final, va rugam sa analizati cele precizate si sa reveniti cu un calificativ obiectiv. In cazul in care dvs va sustineti opinia pe baza unor lucruri care nu s-au intamplat (s-a explicat mai sus cum poate oricine verifica) va rugam sa returnati aparatul si accesoriile acestuia, urmand a va restitui imediat banii si taxele de transport pentru a renunta reciproc la contractul incheiat pe baza facturii.
Ii rugam pe utilizatorii care citesc acest review si comentariile noastre sa citeasca toate parerile clientilor nostri si sa verifice cele precizate de noi mai sus. Pe cei din Bucuresti ii asteptam in fiecare zi la Showroomul nostru pentru a testa live seriozitatea si profesionalismul cu care este tratat fiecare client.

Decent but not fantastic
The communication was not the best part of my transaction. cameredigitale.ro has good promotions and you can find good prices from time to time, but the communication is not great. You can ask them for details about the orders, but nobody will reply to your e-mail. Then you need to pick up the phone and solve the problem. On the other hand everything was smooth. The payment, delivery and everything else works good.
I would recommend this website to other friends.

Multumim pentru achizitia facuta. Totusi, reviewul dvs este eronat. Reclamatia dvs s-a analizat si s-au constatat urmatorele: ati facut comanda Sambata la ora 8:41 / tot Sambata ati trimis 2 e-mailuri, la ora 9:23 si la 10:35. Este specificat in emailul pe care il primiti automat acest lucru: "In cazul in care nu sunteti contactat prin telefon sau e-mail in maxim 3 ore de la primirea acestui e-mail, ne cerem scuze si va rugam sa ne contactati prin modalitatile specificate mai jos.". Luni, s-au contactat toti clientii in ordinea comenzilor trimise. Dvs ati sunat Luni in jurul orei 9, ati discutat cu o colega si ati cerut proforma, care vi s-a trimis la ora 9:23 (verificati emailul). Prin urmare ca o echipa de oameni sa va fi contactat in maxim 15 minute de la inceperea programului (Luni ora 9) pentru ca in weekend nu se lucreaza, ar fi trebuit ca numarul oamenilor din aceasta echipa sa fie egal cu cel al comenzilor primite. Dvs ati ales sa ne contactati, iar colegii v-au prioritizat cererea instant. Dupa cum ati spus, lucrurile au mers perfect ulterior (cum se intampla de altfel cu toti ceilalti clienti).
Prin urmare, va rugam respectuos sa va retrageti cat de curand acest review eronat si care dauneaza imaginii acestei firme.
Spuneti ca avem oferte bune din cand in cand. Aceste lucru este de asemenea eronat. Dvs comparati ofertele noastre cu ofertele magazinelor "mutatoare de cutii" dar o faceti doar la aparatele pana in 500 Lei. Toti clientii care au postat un review aici sau si cei care nu au postat stiu ca ofertele noastre sunt mult mai bune si apar altele si altele in fiecare zi. De asemenea consultanta oferita de specialistii nostri este la cel mai inalt nivel. Speram cand veti simti nevoia de un upgrade la aparatul ales, pentru a aprecia aceasta consultanta. Va dorim vacanta placuta si poze cat mai frumoase cu care sa participati la viitoarele noastre concursuri de pe facebook.
