Seriously? I ordered. Paid. Got nothing. Get robo responses when I try to contact anyone and cancel or get a refund.

I placed an order for a lens with next day delivery, the ordering process was easy and I received an email saying the lens was being packed for delivery and I would receive an email with delivery and tracking details. The following afternoon I hadn't received any information, which was worrying, so I emailed and phoned. No response to either. So I decided to leave it to the following day and then try to contact them. Anyhow the lens turned up around 08:30 the next day. I haven't heard anything from CameraWorld until I received this email requesting a review. I was happy at getting the lens only a day late, but communication leaves a lot to be desired!

The Customer Services representative (Nikki) that dealt with my purchase was fantastic. The order was swiftly despatched and received the following day. I would not hesitate to recommend Cameraworld to anyone. First class experience.

I ordered a Pocket Wizard carry case which was advertised as dispatched within 3-5 days, it turns out it was 3 weeks as the pouch was coming from abroad which was not mentioned on Camera Worlds website, Communication was only when I contacted them and chased the order to be told there was a delay, I have giving 3 stars as the item seem's ok and price was pretty average for the item...Unfortunately I won't use Camera World again..

Camera came next day and earlier than any Amazon Prime delivery I've ever had.would use again and may even pop into the shop next time I go London.

Easy to order. Very quick to dispatch. However, DPD driver decided her could be bothered to deliver so said I was out and instead delivered another day. Not CameraWorld’s fault but I’d question the use of the courier.

I was prompted for feedback so here you are. I ordered a tripod that was needed for a commercial job, delivery was guaranteed in 1-4 days, so when it hadn't arrived by the fourth day, I made contact to see where it was, and was told my order was was due to arrive with Camera World that day and was told it was therefore within the allotted 4 day delivery estimate. Quite clearly, Camera World has a different definition of delivery times than any other retailer as 4 days delivery to their door isn't 4 days to mine (it was 7), and my window for the commercial job was missed and I had to rent kit at my own expense. Not the first time this has happened with them and ended up cancelling a previous order which I assumed was a one-off. It wasn't.

On 26 May 2026, I placed an order with Camera World (Order No. 1100210194) totalling £5,935.00.

However, only one of the two cameras in the bundle was ever delivered - one was never shipped. On 5 June 2026, I returned the the two items I had recieved.
Both items were confirmed as delivered back to Camera World on 8 June 2026 - being signed for and with a proof of delivery picture.

Despite this, I have not received a refund after calling approximately 10 times, requesting a callback from a manager and never recieving one, and having the case constantly escalated. I'm one step away from taking this to small claims court. Absolute awful customer service!

There isn't much to say. I purchased a Peak Design 35l Duffel bag and as usual the order & delivery proceeded as it always does with Cameraworld, quickly & efficiently.
There are always cheaper places to shop, not that this item was expensive from Cameraworld, but it's the whole shopping & delivery experience that matters to me, unlike shockingly poor experiences I could mention from certain other couriers.
I highly recommend Cameraworld.

Excellent customer service from Dee! We purchased a camcorder for our daughter and couldn’t be happier. Dee took us through all the pro’s and cons and set the device up ready for use. Shopping online is convenient but if you can go into the store it’s a worthwhile experience.

No need to say much. Camera world sell genuine UK products at good prices. I recently bought a Canon lens, it was as expected, having been well packed for transport, and arrived on time. Staff were responsive and helpful, I strongly recommend Camera World.

The camera I ordered didn’t arrive in time. After waiting for ten days I contacted the support. They sent me a delivery picture of the parcel in front of a flat door. Unfortunately it wasn’t my flat and not even my building. The wrong address in the picture confirmed that. In my answer I indicated the wrong address and confirmed that I tried to ring the doorbell at the other house (nothing happened). After that, nobody responded anymore until I sent another email a couple of days later, asking for a refund to buy another camera somewhere else. The answer to that was them asking me, if I tried to contact the wrong address. I confirmed that a second time and now the only information is, that they try to arrange a redelivery from the wrong address (honestly, not my problem). My request for a refund is being completely ignored!

Went to the shop in Stevenage on a Monday morning to buy a lens. £40 cheaper than anyone else. Jordan was very helpful and friendly but lens was not in stock. Decided to send to home address between 3 and 5 working days for delivery and duly paid in full. I was going to be home on the Friday and Monday anyway. Hadn't heard anything by Thursday so phoned to enquire. I was chastised as the five days weren't up yet, even though i was just asking for progress. Got a text the next Monday afternoon that courier had it but no expected delivery time/date. Text Tuesday to say it would arrive that day. Rush home from work to be at home for delivery. You really need to improve your communication Camera World when sending kit by courier.

Great price and great service (fast delivery) as always. Highly recommended.
