Had exactly what I wanted, and at the best price I could find anywhere. Delivery exactly as promised (DPD, who always seem to be extremely reliable). Have bought from CameraWorld before and will buy again

Ordered and paid for item early June, they didn’t have it in stock, said, next week, then another 2 weeks, then end of month, another two weeks etc. this went on until late July. Asked for refund, then no reply until I reported as a section 75 to my credit card company, then finally get email to say card had been refunded. Just as well I had paid using a credit card and not a debit card.

Very disappointing experience with CameraWorld. I returned my order more than 10 days ago, but I still have not received my refund. It has now been over three weeks since I placed the order, and despite repeatedly contacting customer service, the issue remains unresolved.

My phone calls and emails have gone unanswered, leaving me with no information about when my refund will be processed. The delay and complete lack of communication are unacceptable. I would not recommend CameraWorld based on my experience.

Bought a Billingham Hadley Small bag from the website on a Saturday.Delivered on Sunday. Prompt and well wrapped. Sadly, wrong bag - a Hadley Digital. This is a small Hadley, but not a Hadley Small 🫣. Left a phone message and email Sunday p.m. On Monday first thing I had a very apologetic email from Jordan. He arranged a prompt exchange. The bag is excellent. Price is great. Only thing of note is communication by telephone is very difficult. One line for two shops and an online business seems odd.

Due to an accident and huge loss of earnings I needed to return an item just outside the 14 day return window. Same with MPB. They write back in an hour with return code. Camera world hasn't responded to any of my 3 emails and 4 Facebook messages. Dreadful service and won't be using them ever again..

I ordered a quick release plate for my camera tripod . Had to wait a few weeks for it as that type seemed rather difficult to obtain at the time - a lot of other sellers did'nt have it in stock.
Anyway , I have it now & communications from Camera World have been good.

Refund and no response, I pre-ordered an item. Fortunately i was able to get the item elsewhere so I asked via email for a refund and to their credit they replied straight away saying it would be 3-5 days.
I waited, now on day 6 no response to my emails and telephone my call went straight to voicemail, no response to my message so I tried again later and now they are unable to accept any more messages as the system is full.

Ordered a lens offering next day delivery. They took the full amount ( £670 )
After 3 days and no lens or communication I cancelled the order and requested a refund ( no goods had exchanged )
Then silence --- no reply to e mails , phone calls or Paypal messages.
Took over a week to return my money. Thankfully I had payed via Paypal.
In my opinion this is an unprofessional outfit and other negative reviewers have said same.
If you really have to deal with them, make sure to use your credit card or Paypal. I will never use them again.

Good price, swift delivery.

I bought the bag based off of the stock status on the website being "in stock" and available for next day delivery. turns out the bag wasn't in stock and I had to wait two weeks to get it. it seems im not the only one who has experienced this, so please, whoever is managing the website, update it so stock levels are correct or dont offer next day service if it can't be guaranteed.

Staff that communicated the delay via email were pleasant and handled the situation in a fair enough manner. However it was left down to me to chase and ask for updates.

When I finally received the bag it was promptly sent via DPD next day delivery, except it was two weeks late, so kind of offset paying for that service.

All in all, i felt very misled by the website and was offered no compensation for the delay.

Based off this poor experience I wont be shopping through this company again.

Was looking for a replacement for an old Canon battery pack LP-E8. Was pleased to find that easily on the Camera World website, easy to order & the new battery pack arrived quickly, and was well packaged.
The recommended replacement fitted my camera & is working perfectly.
Very pleased & will be using CameraWorld again for any future purchases.

Awful company. I made a very expensive purchase and paid for next day delivery. It’s been over one week and I still haven’t received my item and no one from this company is helping me even though I have emailed them several times. I highly advise you not to purchase from them or else they will take your money and not deliver the product.

Product was good at a good price but the delivery took some time, I rearranged scheduled deliver for Monday but didn't arrive, rearranged for Wednesday and again didn't arrive, finally turned up on Thursday after emailing DPD and copying Camera World

Excellent comms, rapid despatch, well packed and lens exactly as described - will happily come to you again! Only downside was when your courier left the parcel with £2k-worth of kit outside our gate just two meters from the public road. You responded promptly when notified of this and have hopefully switched to a responsible courier.

My son was looking for a new camera, and Jordan went above and beyond and provided me with a brand new unopened box for the same price as an open box. Thanks for all your help, Jordan, one very happy 19-year-old!
