Good customer service, helpfull, open personal

The shoulder strap was missing and instead of sending this separately, I had to return the whole case. Then I received again a case (or the same case) withouth the shoulder strap. So again I sent it back and then finally I received a new case with a shoulder strap. That's a lot of unneccessary traffic for a simple shoulder strap.

Service and advisor was great! Myrthe took the time to advice and explain the purchase. For all potential buyers who need help to buy the Right Equipment this is a Great Place to go!

Yes.. when you need a camera or anything related to that you are at the right place.

Recently I purchased a insta360 AcePro online with the option to pick it up at a Cameranu store.

I didn't recieved a conformation by mail so I called customer service and the lady on the other end told me not to worrie.
She looked into it and wrote an email to the store in Groningen.
Everything is OK you can pick up your purchase right away.

If that ain't topnotch service then shoot me.

Arrived at the store and they've helped me,answered all my questions.
I was very pleased and now a happy owner of a insta360 Ace Pro action camera.

Will I go back to buy something again?
Offcourse I will come back. Do I recommend Cameranu offcourse,better yet see for yourself.

I’ve got excellent advice during the purchase of telelens

Friendly and quick service by the people of Cameranu. I recently even asked about Dia positiv film and they did provide me not only with helpful information but even had a some dia positive film in stock, which is really hard to find these days. Developing and scanning of colour film or black and white with C-41 processor happens within two hours, which is super convenient.

The quality of packaging, the pricing and the service are all unmatched by competitiors!

Cameranu is my favorite store to get gear for my camera(s), accessories and gadgets. Everyone who works there is so friendly and are always thinking with you about the best option for you. They’re always in for a chat, even when it’s busy - they always make time for you. This makes you feel really special, even when it’s a small purchase. Would definitely recommend everyone to get their products here (also for rentals)! Especially if you’re just getting started (like me) and you feel like a rookie in every aspect, because they’re so welcoming and kind.

The crane I bought arrived a bit dirty and with some evident signs of use, probably from the previous customer that returned it. The customer service helped me with this and were very professional, in the end I received a symbolic discount, overall I’m satisfied.

Had some questions regarding astrophotography and getting an upgraded lens for other photography. Was answered and with experience. And was not directly showed expensive equipment rather explained the advantages, and disadvantages of each lens to make my own choice.
