I ordered my GoPro Hero 12 yesterday afternoon and it was already delivered today before 3pm — super fast! It came neatly packed and everything looked perfect.

What I really like is that they work with Klarna, so I could pay in 3 installments. I’ve always wanted a GoPro but kept thinking it was too expensive .

Overall I’m really happy with the whole experience and excited to start using my GoPro. Definitely recommend!

The salesman toon much time for us to choose a camera. He showed us different camera's and explaned how the camera's work and what the benefits are from the different cameras

The time that they say on the delivery date is totally misleading.
I purchased a camera online and I wanted to pick it up at the store.

The reason why i did so is because the said i could pick it up at after 15:00 the next day. After 3 days nothing was delivered at the store, but i payed for the order.

Now i called and texted them for the cancellation and two days passed and still no cancellation mail nor my money back.

I called them and texted them with this issue and still they don’t know where the problem is.

So unprofessional and pathetic.
*I hope everyone can see how misleading this company is.

Delivery is a good. lens for a nice price

I recently purchased a Canon EOS R5 from this store, which was advertised as "as good as new" with a shutter count of less than 25,000. Unfortunately, what I received was a camera with 233,000 shutter actuations—nearly half the expected lifespan of the camera. This was incredibly disappointing and completely misleading.

I returned the item immediately and contacted the store to express my frustration. They acknowledged the issue and offered to replace it with a “better” camera. However, I declined, as the experience had already broken my trust. To make matters worse, when I checked their site, I found no such better camera listed—it felt like another empty promise.

I’m leaving this review to help future buyers make an informed decision and to encourage the company to be more transparent and honest with their listings. It's disheartening when a business you trust lets you down like this. I hope they take this feedback seriously and stop misleading customers.

Order nummer 172967218417 i pay for the camera and wait 10 days I get nothing. Then they inform me the camera was lost inside their store .can you imagine? Wait .order number 175260607125 same story!!!! I paid for it and wait 2 weeks and I get nothing. Do you want to hear the insane part ? It happened 9 times . That i paid for an order and my money stayed with you for 20 days and then I get my money. If that doesnt earn you a 1 star review. I dont know what does

good item, swift shipment

Had an idea in advance what I wanted to buy. Speaking to the specialusts of Cameranu we found another solution for my needs which gave me a way better solution.

Very good experience buying and excellent support, I bought from Cameranu two times and I had to reach out to support which was a very positive experience both times.

They are selling sony a6000 used camera from 12 years ago .the condition is " there is sings of use" for 300 euro !! Lol 😆. What if it was as good as new ? 2000 euro ? I hate when a store take advantage of people with overpriced used things

Everything was perfect with the purchase, like a few other times. But there are only one inconvenience for me buying from cameranu.nl. If the product needs to be returned, I will have to pay the expense because I buy online from Portugal. Once I've had to return a defective product and had to pay shipping.

I recently traded in my Canon 7D body and a Sony Powershot at CameraNU.nl. The staff member took the time to carefully inspect everything and clearly explained the trade-in process. Afterward, I bought a gimbal, and the trade-in amount was in my account the very next day — excellent service! Everything went smoothly, professionally, and fairly. The new store with the studio looks fantastic: modern, well-organized, and inspiring. A place you’ll definitely want to return to!

Ik heb onlangs mijn Canon 7D body en een Sony Powershot ingeruild bij CameraNU.nl. De medewerker nam ruim de tijd om alles zorgvuldig te controleren en gaf duidelijke uitleg over het inruilproces. Na de inruil heb ik een gimbal teruggekocht, en het bedrag stond diezelfde dag nog op mijn rekening — super service! Alles verliep eerlijk, professioneel en snel. Ook het nieuwe pand met de studio ziet er prachtig uit: modern, overzichtelijk en inspirerend. Een winkel waar je graag terugkomt!

The sales person took the time to help me properly even as I came in shortly before closing time and he seemed very knowledgeable about the lenses. Also very great was the fact that what they called a c-grade lens just meant it a few scuffs on the lens hood. The actual lens was in perfect condition and it was at a great price.
