Rip off

The people who run this (camelot or Allwyn) should give punters a better chance of winning, they are raking in a fortune every week and more often than not people who buy tickets win nothing as is my case, i realise it's a gamble but they should give more incentives for people to buy tickets, what is the point of buying tickets to get nothing while they rake in hundreds of thousands + every week, very unfair system and i'm considering giving it up, i reckon we should all boycott the games for about 2 weeks

Contact & The next BIG scandal

You can't send them an email, their online chat facility is non-existent, and you can't get through to them via phone?! It's almost like they didn't want to hear from people?!? For an organisation that's making Millions/Billions off the backs of the general public, this seems odd & unacceptable.

Judging by their poor score on here & their lack of response, I guess they simply don't care (polite version).

Where are all the profits going? I predict this will be the next BIG scandal.

Camelot by the sea lives up to its name!

We wrote s very thorough review positive ad negative. CThrould to log in and now it has disappeared Three very disruptive problems that were not corrected or compensated. The location and staff were excellent in spite of daily drilling in rooms nearby from 9 to 5 which prevented us from napping, enjoying balcony, tv, phone or regular conversation.

Hi I play on bingo slot for quite awhile now, never win anything over 3.00, i emailed them to ask if anyone wins over 3.00 and they said they couldn't tell me that. As a player I think I have a right to know, they say its confidential just want to know how many, obviously not many as they won't tell me

Theft at the highest level

Theft at the highest level. I have gambled for over 20 years and I’ve NEVER come across instant win games as shockingly bad as this joke of a company. I’m from the U.K. so naturally gave it a go, what a mistake. It’s just lying at the highest level. I will be starting a lawsuit against Camelot because they are lying right to our faces. Giving us a 1 in 3 statistic apparently, well I put in £200 and got back £10. That isn’t 1 in 3. Simple as that, especially after 50 scratch cards. Can’t wait to see the downfall of this scam company. I’m going to sit back with popcorn and watch them squirm into a distant memory. Their days of conning the British public are done, mark my words. I will be gathering a group of high level people who hate this company, and do our utmost to shut them down and refund the funds they have stolen.

I wonder if Camelot are aware ?

I wonder if Camelot are aware that buying Euro million lottery tickets one is first naturally passed on to euoromillions.com but then making a subscription for 1 month or more it then opens up a direct debit subscription with an online gambling firm based in Malta . This has cost me £145 ! Surely someone needs to look at this !

Customer services totally NFI

After years of online purchases, Camelot suddenly decided to use OTP's which naturally went wrong.

Customer services totally NFI, and unable to assist in any useful way.
How much is it costing Camelot by failing to use an online payment system that works?
Paypal would be helpful if they are no longer accepting debit card payments.
