Don't waste your money

Cambridge Baby sells Comazo underwear under the Living Crafts Brand, but their product is cheap and their claim that ladies briefs are made from organic cotton is misleading. The briefs feel like cheap polyester and their claim that elastic around the waist and legs is covered in cotton to prevent chafing, is patently untrue. The elastic around the waist and legs is thin and as sharp as a razor, so you will be taking a chance by wearing these. Avoid buying any product from Cambridge Baby that claims to be made by Comazo.

Very poor quality and terrible customer service - avoid!

I bought my wife 'The Luxury Bed Sock Lovers Bundle'. At £68.99 plus postage I assumed good quality was guaranteed. I was therefore pretty horrified earlier this week to find my wife trying to repair very large holes in one pair and she tells me that both pairs are in similar condition. She admits to coming to breakfast in them occasionally in the winter, but we have carpets upstairs and smooth hard floors on the ground floor. I wrote to the company telling them all this, with a photo, and they replied as follows (this is a copy and paste):
Unfortunately it looks like not enough care has been taken with these socks , and we not responsible for damage , after 6 months of use . [Gaps and commas all theirs].
Firstly, my wife only used them in winter so let's say 3 months use (without discounting the fact that they were given half way through winter), and secondly there are two pairs so at the absolute most each pair has had, if worn all the way through to the summer every day, is 3 months use.
I can see others have had the same problem but this looked like a really good small British company so I didn't bother checking them out here. I wish that I had. Avoid!

Bad design, poor quality

I have purchased 5 pairs of the
Adult's Classic Scandinavian Organic Wool Socks
and in three of the pairs the socks have separated under the heal at exactly the same place, where the blue wool joins to the off-white wool. I was given one pair in replacement, but for more to go wrong is unacceptable. This cannot be an accident, it has to be a design fault. I wash these socks at a low temperature and hang them up to dry.

Poor quality and customer service

I purchased a couple of mens wool long sleeve underwear t-shirts, wanting something that wasn't active wear but for everyday use. They seemed very nice at first but immediately upon washing began to lose their shape. Ironing helped a bit but they both became so mishapen after another couple of washes that they were uncomfortable and utterly ruined, not even any use as sleepwear. I wrote a review about this which did not appear on Cambridge Baby's website, despite following the link provided in an email. It seems they didn't want a negative review to appear. To clarify, I had asked them not to show my first review
as I had accidentally submitted it with my full name as the form was not all visible at the same time, but my subsequent review is not up either, after several days. My first purchase from them was of a washing product and that was fine but this last experience persuades me to not purchase from them again. The clothing is of poor
quality, despite the price, and I'm not happy with the customer service, having received no response about my review difficulties or my evident dissatisfaction with the products.

Friendly and easy customer service

I ordered a pram suit from this shop and had to exchange for another size twice. They did this for me without any issues/hassle. Delivery was quick and item in perfect condition as described. Thank you :-)

Not a good quality of fabric and wool

Ordered hats, scarfs, socks and pijamas. Things look nice at first sight but very quickly become wobly and misshaped. Really not a good quality. Also quite agressive marketing - impossible to remove your mail address from their mailing list. Stay away.

I love everything I buy from Cambridge…

I love everything I buy from Cambridge Baby. Really lovely quality, ethically sourced and friendly company to buy from. Best item recently - a merino wool headband, but also merino gilet, Engel grandad style wool top for my husband, big socks - they sell big socks for husband and boys with big feet!
