your website did not disclose this as you responded. Also, I did reach out to the email you suggested and did not get a response.
You sent this order as COD and I was forced to pay over $30 to receive your merchandise. Nowhere on your website did you disclose this, nor did you send me any documentation with my order that stated I had to pay this much for your delivery.
Please tell me where I would have learned this, and if I somehow inadvertantly agreed to this.
I would like a credit for this charge asap please.

On our website, in the Shipping Info section, it is stated that for USA orders, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. These fees are not included at checkout and are requested by the courier upon delivery, following U.S. customs rules.

Import taxes if you’re in the U.S.
People in U.S., don’t order from here right now. You’ll have to pay shipping import taxes because of tariffs. The cost is variable. Not Calzitaly’s fault, but they need to include this language during the shopping experience. I only learned from reading reviews here that they bury this language on a page on their site. Make this language prominent on your US website. Also, Calzitaliy’s customer support is slow and not helpful. List your customer service hours on your website if you work European hours. I signed up for their newsletter but didn’t get my 10% off because orders have to be $35. It doesn’t state that when you sign up and my order was $34.95, which they do on purpose and it’s shady they don’t disclose. Support was rude about this and took days to reply. They responded to apologize when they saw this review which is nice, but all these issues have a common thread: communicate with your customers at the right place at the right time before they buy. Transparency builds trust.

We are extremely disappointed with our recent purchase experience. First, your Italian website did not allow us to complete an order directly, forcing us to use the Calzitaly.us store, where prices are significantly higher than on the Italian site.
Despite ordering from the U.S. store, the shipment was sent from Italy — meaning there is no real U.S. inventory — and we were unexpectedly charged $27.20 in import taxes by UPS (see attached).
If we are being charged international taxes, we should at least be able to order at Italian prices and use the discount coupon “HALLOWEEN20,” which also did not work.
This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Unless something changes, this will likely be our last purchase, as we are considering switching to Wolford.

Best sheer black pantyhose
These are my favorite brand and make of black sheer pantyhose/tights. They're slightly glossy and strong. Perfect if you want something on the dark side. I wish they made this style in more colors.

Website needs to state tariff fees for USA clients
The additional tariff fees I paid upon arrival should be posted on the website when purchasing. I know it is
Trump's fault, but it is hard to know when additional fees/taxes are required unless specifically stated.
