Non existing customer service.

Not surprised to see this score really. I’ve been trying to return an item since 1st January. All I want is a return label as the link on their website does not work. Nobody answers the phone or emails. The chatbot is a waste of time. Wrong information on website saying you can take your returns to a shop, not true I found out after a 40 mile round trip. Still not resolved.
I will never buy from Calvin Klein again

Send me fake discount code now web has removed

21/01/26..make me.very suspicious. As I paid almost £100 for a bag few days back.next day they send an email stated that we are sorry ww are working hard and ur order will ship after 27th Jan so they offer me a code of 10% off as applogy. But the code ia fake also when I try to get some updated for my order the website is gone.server msg pops in that Web has benn remove. O ghosh im not worried.but in some way im OK as I used PayPal and I know I will get my money back but how on earth they cheat like that with fake codes and now whole Web has juss disappeared. Shame

Terrible

Terrible. Waited 30 mins on phone. No answer. Then tried online. The automated service couldn't help. Said would connect me with an agent. Wait time nearly 3000 minutes ie 2 days. Crazy. They need to employ staff.

I placed an order with Calvin Klein

I placed an order with Calvin Klein, and I can honestly say it has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years.

To start with, my online order status has not updated at all since the day I placed the order. It’s now been five days. The original confirmation stated a 4–5 day delivery, yet the order is still marked as “order received” with no indication that anything has been shipped.

The customer service experience has been even worse. Over the last three days, I’ve tried repeatedly to contact them by phone. Each time, I’ve been left on hold for 49–59 minutes, only for the call to automatically disconnect. This has happened multiple times, across multiple days. In total, I’ve spent four to five hours just waiting for someone to answer and no one ever has.

They also offer an online chat function, but it is entirely useless. It’s nothing more than a bot that provides generic information already available on the website and answers no real questions. When you indicate that the chatbot hasn’t been helpful, you’re supposedly transferred to a live agent except the quoted wait time is 2,275 minutes, which is beyond ridiculous.

Overall, the lack of order updates, combined with completely inaccessible customer support, makes this a very poor experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I would refuse to buy from Calvin Kline at this current time due to the lack of customer service they offer! 3 online claims for quality issues and received no acknowledgement. Emailed a week later with no response. Phoned and In a Que for 50 mins before the phone cuts off. there is no way to contact them as they are just ignoring everyone!! stay away!

Purchased a man’s sports top with the CALVIN KLIEN LOGO ON ! After just a few washes the LOGO fell OFF This is obviously a QC problem that when brought to the attention of CALVIN KLEIN they don’t want to know even bringing it to the attention of the CEO of CALVIN KLIEN still no response! DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I hope people see my review before considering buying CALVIN KLEIN because what it shows they don’t care especially if things go wrong! Also what l have noticed on Trustpilot they do not respond when a customer makes a complaint that also tells you that CALVIN KLIEN DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Great Product Quality.

You can't complain regarding the product quality of Calvin Klein the range in sizing is great, I still have Tops & Underwear that have lasted a long time with weight fluctuations etc. I've bought shoes which are still in great condition & just bought a really gorgeous water proof fleece Jacket on a 40% sale. My only constructive criticism are that the waiting times for Delivery can be quite long I would say this needs improvement or extra planning on behalf of the customer with more detailed shipping information, I have shopped outside of Calvin Klein for this reason for something more rapidly available unfortunately the quality of underwear at the time was awful and the sizing wasn't right so I patiently wait for the best thing which I found with Calvin.

Avoid at all costs

Would leave lower if I could.
Parcel has been lost by Royal Mail, have ref number and told to contact sender for refund.

Online chat 26hours wait!
Phone line 2 hours, no response.
Multiple emails no response.
Dms via social media no response.

Wish id checked reviews! So have no parcel, no product and im out of pocket.

For such a huge branded named company, worst customer service you could imagine.

Order lost, Deadlines missed, Chat wait time "1600 minutes"

I am extremely frustrated with Calvin Klein's online store.

I placed order #31073933366 on December 29. The tracking has not updated since January 3, and I still have not received my package.

The customer service is non-existent:
Broken Promises: I opened a support ticket (Case: 04882238) 9 days ago. They explicitly stated an investigation would take 6 business days. That deadline has passed, and I have received absolutely no updates.

Useless Chat: Reaching a human agent is impossible. The digital assistant loops irrelevant categories, and when I request an agent, it consistently shows a wait time of 1,600 minutes.

Passing the Buck: I contacted the carrier myself, and they confirmed that the sender (Calvin Klein) must resolve this. Yet, CK is taking no action.

It has been weeks since I paid, and the support team is ignoring their own deadlines. Avoid ordering here if you expect reliable delivery or support.

The worse costume care I have ever experienced

I bought a pair of trainers from CK on the 10th December. I returned then on the 15th they arrived back on the 17th. I kept the Royal Mail receipt.
When you ask about your return through the website form you get the same template response.
When you try to call you just stay for hours in the phone without anyone picking up the phone.
After a month of trying to get back my money I had to contact AMEX to file a dispute in order to get my money back.
That’s extremely bad for a brand so big!

Non-existent customer service

Bought some clothes on the 25th of November and wanted to return part of the order, been trying to contact the customer service via phone or using the form in the website to try to return the items that don't fit, but without success. The phone number doesn't work, says something about a technical issue, the website form has no feedback...

This is the worst customer service experience that I had with returns.

Bad delivery and customer service

Delivery service terrible took over a week to be delivered customer service ignore you when you try contact them as l needed the goods for my holiday they came to late l had to go and buy the goods somewhere else these will be returned as l don’t need them now as a big company you expect better service

Ordered items and have tried six times to contact them for a return label. No one is answering the online customer enquiry form, emails and live chat has a waiting time of 26 hours! I have been trying for one month.

Received an EMPTY BOX on Christmas Day

Received an EMPTY BOX on Christmas Day, box was completely broken on one side and the "proof of delivery" picture shows it clearly, so it's confirmed it was opened before delivery, probably during transit. Contacted Calvin Klein customer support and never heard back from them. Can't do a chargeback because I ordered with a gift card, so basically just gifted them £100. I used to order from them all the time, all my underwear really, but after this will never order again. Beware if you're ordering, better do it in-store, don't risk it as their customer service is non-existent

I never received my Calvin Klein order

I never received my Calvin Klein order. After weeks of emails, I received one vague message saying the issue would be investigated, followed by no further response at all. I ultimately had to raise a dispute with my bank. For a brand of this supposed calibre, the lack of accountability and customer support was astonishing.
