Ken helped fix an issue I had on my new pc. Super fast service, all done within a couple of hours. He's extremely friendly, and very affordable. I can't rate him high enough! I'll be sure to recommend him to anyone with computer issues. Fantastic service!

Called Ken in a panic as wasn’t receiving emails and holiday tickets had been sent to us. Ken was calm, professional and put me at ease. Remotely sorted out the issue and added some extras to make us safe. Would recommend him to others.

Ken is just the best. Where others failed Ken knew the answers and fixed the problems in our office with 4 PCs and at home with 2 Mac PCs moving swiftly along Wi-Fi sorted and all working efficiently along with iPads not dropping for no apparent reason etc which I really did find infuriating.

Excellent service. Came out same day, took the hard drive away and returned later that day. Everything I wanted has been done and it was all good to go.

I had a very slow laptop which had become frustrating in use.
Asked Ken to look at it and he sorted it with no fuss and little expense. Now it is fast to startup and use without hesitation. Excellent, very happy with the communication and service.

If you just want to drive your computer without learning how the engine works, then you need someone like Ken at the end of the phone. Yes, it can be expensive, but the peace of mind (if you're under virus attack, for example) is valuable. I've been contacting Ken for some years now and I'm pleased with the service. He usually gets back to you quickly, takes over your computer and fixes it!

Courteous, professional and highly effective you are always my first point of contact for laptop/IT issues and you always make yourself available for a chat.

Our PC was really very sick indeed, for example: if we wanted to open an e mail or log on to Google, or any desk top icon. We could not only make a cup of tea, but we could drink it too, before the PC responded. There were other issues as well. Ken came to the house and did a thorough check up. It was explained to us what the problem was and the cost to fix. Ken took the PC away Late afternoon and it was back the next morning. A quick demo from ken and job done. We having been using the computer now for a couple of days and all is perfect. A friend recommended us to Ken for which we are grateful. It was a pleasure to have Ken in our house. We would not hesitate to call on him again, should the need arise.

Ken arrived precisely when he said he would and was extremely proficient at sorting out my problem. He took the time to patiently explain to me exactly what he was doing and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Brilliant service.

After having an upgrade with Sky broadband which annoyingly left our main desktop without any connection, I tried all the things I could on the usual You-tube etc and ended up getting more frustrated! We have never needed to call anyone in to look at our pc before so had a look online and found Ken's number....amazingly he was able to visit later the same day and within abt half an hour he sourced
and solved the issue....reasonable fee and no hassle, will definitely keep his card for any future problems! Definitely recommend.
