Ghosted. I have two pending orders with this company . I have not received them till date . Total about 140 euros for everything. I have not received any update from Cali studios.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, was given a tracking number over a week ago on a 24hr tracked service. Would assume delays in service but something seems very fishy as getting no replies and judging by their track record Im not expecting to recieve the part any time soon.

Ordered 2 pair of pants, and they were both extremely nice. Fits me perfectly and looks dope as hell.

I’ve ordered multiple times from here & love my purchases! I have washed the hoodie & joggers many times and still remain great quality!

Order took around 2-3 weeks to arrive which I wasn’t too fussed about. I did email to ask for an update and got a response a few days later to say it had been shipped etc. Items arrived and really poor quality if I’m honest. Sizings not great and quality definitely not worth the price. I replied on the email thread asking if my items are eligible for refund, it has been 8 days since and no reply. Will probably just donate the items to charity shop.

This company is a fraud. Delivery takes ages to arrive. The quality is horrible, sizes are all off. Then they fail to refund your money. This business needs to be closed down, it’s robbing the people.

This “company” is the worst I have ever dealt with. My order took 3 weeks to arrive and was miles to big (despite ordering small) so I sent it back. 6 weeks later and a number of emails later I have heard nothing and not received my refund.
Do not order from them unless you want to loose your money.

i ordered the “dollar” hoodie thinking it looked cool on the website. But then when i got it, which Was after 2 months, the print Was extremely faded and it looked Nothing like it Was supposed to.
Never buy from this site unless you want to waste your money

I ordered a jumper on the 7th November still not received it. Emailed them 4-5 times no response. They’ve given me a tracking number but it’s invalid.

I ordered one Jacket that never arrived even after over a month, I didn‘t get any Tracking Information even after 3 Mails. After repeated Requests I got ignored. I tried it over social media but there I also got ignored. I‘ve payed with Paypal when I ordered it so there were no issues from my side.

I’ve made an order 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my package not even tracking number of the parcel, if even shipped.
I’ve contacted them few time but they seem to be giving automated messages and no even trying to help.
They told me there has been an issue with my parcel so it has been re despatched not giving any email or details of when. At this point this is a clear scam that it is been going on, and is time for this company to pay fr their actions.

I humbly write to tell everyone to never purchase from this brand ever again… poor customer service… poor technicalities, above all it doesn’t even qualify to run a business.
How does this even work, someone purchased an item and there’s no confirmation number not to talk of tracking number… and the company address me with HEY in my inbox, Totally unprofessional .

I purchased two pairs of cargos. Irrespective of the lack of garment quality, both were too big so i sent them back in one package. I was forced to chase them multiple times regarding my refunds and they kept making excuses and telling me my refund would be processed the next day. That happened twice. One refund was eventually processed but not the other and they have since started to ignore me. Really dissapointed as have bought from them before and still £65 down.
Do not trust any business that doesnt refund your money after approving a refund. Shoddy company and wont buy again.

Calistudios is the worst company I have ever encountered. I ordered multiple times so you expect some decency towards a loyal customer. Well, both times I sent some clothes back and I had to send more than a dozen of emails before they replied. Always excuses why it can’t be done, or postpone it. They still owe me more than 100 euros. It’s just sad to read here that everyone has to deal with it. Also it’s sad to see that they reply to these reviews in the hope they profile themselves in a good way, so they can scam more people. It’s disgraceful!

This was originally a 5 star review as they personally asked me to leave a review. They sent me some cargos next day delivery so I agreed. This was in July. I'm still waiting for a refund after they have continuously told me they will process it the day after chasing. They processed one but not the other. DO NOT use them if you don't want to risk losing your money. worst customer service I've ever experienced

I order some clothes expecting it to come in between 3-10. I look at my tracking app it says my 2 weeks in it says order placed then I emailed them saying where’s my order they now telling me they could not locate my parcel and will have to re dispatch it terrible service I read other peoples reviews thinking they were one offs but no why say 3-10 days then it doesn’t even come like at least say it will take 2-3 weeks and this isn’t just happening to me

Terrible awful service. My order arrived after a month (after I messaged them twice asking where it was) When it arrived, half the items were missing. I then requested a refund which they then ignored. After a couple weeks they finally got back to me & said it would be refunded. 2 weeks later & no refund. Emailed them again & they then responded, only refunding half the items. (After waiting over a month) Please anyone reading this don’t order from them, they’re scammers & the clothes are terrible cheap quality. Do yourself a favour & save your money.

i ordered 4 hoodies, it took 3 weeks to arrive. the quality was terrible to i contacted these people for a return, they replies after a week with the address to return to. i sent it to that address and my delivery was delivered, it was signed for and there were GPS coordinates confirming, they told me they didn’t receive the package when I can clearly see it was. i sent them proof of delivery and they never responded. i disputed with my bank.

********* SCAM!! I ordered a nice pair of jeans with some designs on. £65. Delivered only after 3 weeks. Quality was shocking. Aweful material loose threads everywhere holes and undone stitching! Didn’t even last 1 quick cold wash all the designs washed out and the button fell out. Such **** stuff. They didn’t even deliver the right color jeans I ordered but I wasn’t that fussed. As a 17 year old with 0 experience with anything I could genuinely make a pair of jeans better than them. I’m not even going to bother trying to get a refund as based off the other reviews that’s just a waste of time and money . All the positive reviews are completely fake Waste of money

Clothes are perfect and the support is is very kind and courteous
