Ordered a hoodie 3 weeks ago, got an emails to say it had been shipped but I was given no shipping reference numbers to track it. I have sent 2 emails over the last few weeks asking for updates but I’ve heard nothing back ….. as nice as the apparel is, it’s not worth the poor customer service this company provide. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE

It's been over a month, and the sweater I ordered still hasn't arrived. I understand shipping delays, but the real problem for me is the lack of communication.

I have sent numerous emails over the past couple of weeks, as well as Instagram DMs, and it's been complete radio silence. Not to mention, I didn't receive a tracking number in my shipping confirmation.

It's such a shame, I really love the look of their products and was looking forward to buying more pieces.

Would give no star if possible!!!! Awful customer service never recent order which I paid for on the 3/2/26 they responded to one email to say it’s delayed due to posting issue but have ignored me ever since , I’ve asked for a refund but again being ignored ……. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY

i ordered a medium hoodie they sent xl emailed several times still didnt reply with be taking to the court if no replys come through

This is an absolute scam. I have ordered a hoodie over three weeks ago. I emailed then over four times over these past weeks, no reply. Had to message them on instragram twice, which they replied to but nothing has been done. I am now down 50 quid, so sad as I really loved this brand. But honestly not worth it, you will just loose money and get no item. AWFUL experience

Received a hoodie in XS . My order was Large. Communicated with them ,was told to return wrong size and it would be exchanged no problem. I returned hoodie by royal mail . I paid to have it tracked and it was received by them . Heard nothing since. Emailed them several times with no response. Absolutely disgusting customer service and im £43 down .

Ordered in July last year, had to wait 2 weeks for confirmation and they only sent me shipping information after I chased them up. Was apparently shipped in early September but never received anything - also had to go through Paypal to get a refund because they just refused to communicate.

I puchases a scorpian jumper from here for my daughter and I was disgraced in the quality it was unbranded, no washing instruction tag, had a big pink stain u der the scorpian and the fabric and print are cheap, they are buying cheap products for next to nothing and than ripping the purchaser of , I paid $112 for this jumper and its true value be $25 don't shop at this online store they are a scam and they don't reply to emails . I say again save your money and don't shop through this fake store.

Do not buy from Cali. Scammers. haven't received my hoodie. Been waiting for 2 months. They don't reply on email and that makes it a big SCAM!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Scammed me for pants. Never sent the pants then when emailed them they have blocked my email from sending them any emails ????? Robbed my money and blocked me. Scammers

This company is a total SHAM and will be reported to the relevant authorities. It's been 4 months since I order the item and nothing has arrived. They dont respond to emails and have take the money.

This company is so dodgy and their customer service is so poor. Like many other customers, my hoodie took a month to arrive. The only reason i'm giving this 1 star (and not 0 if i could) is because it did eventually arrive. They did actually send the free gift but it's just some flimsy tracksuit bottoms and honestly i'd rather the package just arrived on time. I would warn against ordering from this company as it seems very inconsistent and unreliable. Look elsewhere instead!

This is the most ridiculous business/brand I have purchased from. I have bought a top a month ago and I still haven’t received it. I wrote 4 emails before getting a response and even then I still didn’t the get my garments. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

do not order from this company, they dont send items and the items they do send when requesting a refund good luck trying to actually get it processed. By far the worst company i have regretfully purchased from.

Absolute scam of a company! Don't trust these fake review they put out, if you look at all the negative reviews they placed on here, they all share one thing in common! We received nothing. When contacted, they either say lost with courier and will resend with a free gift, or they never respond at all. I ordered almost 4 months ago, and shared the same experience as everyone here! Have gotten nothing and $162 out of pocket

2 months after ordering, nothing arrived and won’t reply to my emails

Scam company took over a month to ship out my items, then when I no longer wanted and sent them back they have been ignoring me for months and have no issues a refund even though they return was delivered to them months ago, scam company all over.

This company is a scam. The quality is terrible hence why I sent my items back for a refund. I was told 2 weeks ago my hoodie had been refunded after then eventually replied to my email. They lied and I’ve not been refunded. Absolute scam please avoid !!!!

Im left to believe this is a scam. Anyone looking to purchase from this brand should be aware.

I made a purchase ( 2 pairs of jeans €115) on June 13th 2025, today is August 2nd 2025 .

The link to track packages doesn't work, Ive reached out to their email multiple times and they never reply.

I was told my item had been lost and that a replacement - with a free gift - would be sent.

After the second parcel didn't arrive, I decided to initiate a chargeback through my bank. Two days later, the parcel was suddenly delivered (no sign of the free gift though!) via Royal Mail 24 - clearly only dispatched after the chargeback was started. I'm confident the item would never have arrived had I not taken that step.

While the product itself was fine, it certainly wasn’t worth the stress and delay.
