Found this site during search for a brush. The price difference was the primary incentive and since I wasn't in a hurry, shipping from the UK to the US was fine. Ordering was simple, straightforward and delivery did not take too long.

The product was as stated. My only issue was the length of time it took to get to me. When I contacted the seller, they informed me they were in the UK so it would take longer than I was anticipating.
So no harm-no foul.

I had a seamless experience on Calissa, their customer support team actually responded to my email, unlike most companies & resolved my issue quickly.

very good experience with the web-site and fast delivery

I did not receive the items that I ordered. I wrote an email to find out what is the hold up, it says it was shipped but have not received my package and I am not waiting for a refund in the form of a check, hopefully they will do right by me and send me the check.

Tomorrow will be a full month since I placed my order. They claim it shipped 3 days after the order was placed but I haven't received it. I've sent several emails and messages with no reply. We have door cameras so I know it wasn't delivered and stolen.

UPDATE: Company finally got in contact with me and issued a refund. I bumped my review from 1 to 4 stars.
