I just found your email, your order was placed and dispatched on the 5th of Feb which was just under a couple of weeks ago from today (17/02/2021).
I can confirm that your order was dispatched on the 5th of Feb with our Standard Delivery, which is not tracked.
We offer customers a choice of three shipping methods: Standard, Tracked and Express.
The standard international delivery usually arrives in about 5 -15 working days. The express delivery is carried by FedEx with an estimated time arrival of 2 working days.
We are a UK based company so our delivery estimate for your order is from 12th of Feb to 26th of Feb.
If, for some reason, your order doesn’t arrive within these dates then please get in touch and we will be happy to find a solution.

I live in Kansas, and I had never heard of this website before. Placed an order for some toothpaste and two weeks later it showed up in perfect condition. I don’t normally write reviews but I had doubts before my purchase and they were proved unfounded. Most definitely safe to shop here.

I had been looking everywhere for a small long bristle brush
I had been looking everywhere for a longer bristled small brush to replace my old loved one that split into two parts. After making another purchase where the bristles were too short. I then found one on this website and received my brush very quickly. Website clear plenty of choice.

The prices are great
The prices are great, especially with the discount. Shipping did take about 3 weeks, but hopefully in the future it will be less. I definately will be ordering again with them.
