Don't waste time with them. After sending me the wrong brush size in my order they angrily rang me up because they were unhappy at my correct criticism. Shocking customer service.

I visited Calder art supplies today for the first time and I certainly was not disappointed, and I found the shop attendant to be helpful and so polite, when I asked him for advice he was so helpful. They have an amazing stock on display and this is now my favourite number one art supply store and I highly recommend it to any artist whether amateur or professional.

Don't order with them it's a waste of time.
Since when do companies call their customers over the phone to angrily explain them not to complain about a service they paid for and haven't received ?
Just accept your mistakes.
