I ordered a dress for my daughter. They sent an email saying it is on the plane. Then it is at warehouse . Then I never heard from them again. I asked for a refund. Now it is time to realize I will never get the dress. I will never get the refund.

I did not read the return policy before ordering. The only grounds for return: inferior quality. So if it didn't fit well or you just didn't like it, tough bubbles. They assume the 2-3 measurements they provide are an adequate basis for determining fit, though of course they are not. Not all were well made.

They do not always list the fabric on order forms, and I should have asked. One blouse did not even have the fabric content sewn on a label. Mine were summer clothes, and at least two of them are made from unknown fabrics that feel like they will make me perspire. Nothing can be returned after laundering.

As others have said. It took a long time for the clothing to arrive, but perhaps I'm just spoiled by other vendors.

The prices for my order of mostly dresses were not that low. They were comparable to JCPenney. I expected more from the products and the service. I will tell everyone I know not to order anything from this company or others without a fair return policy. You cannot stay in business selling clothing on line that the buyer cannot try on and leave people with no option to return.

Despite a very long wait for a tracking number, the items delivered were as advertised.

The outfits are nice and fit well. The first one I wore had a little hole in the bottom of the right pocket. Not a big deal for me, but it reflects on quality.

My main complaint is that they took too long to show up.

Fake store that is called 50 other names n makes returns impossible. Their sizes are way off too

Sure wish I got my 2 items. Looks like its shipped from out of the USA and not getting them its over a month and cant get a straight answer,Lets see if this post get erased.

The hem is not scalloped like the photo. Its straight all around.

I love the clothing I ordered, but it took quite a while to get here, so when you order, keep that in mind. It took just shy of a month to be delivered. The quality of the clothing is good, and the fit is great! Very happy with my purchase!

Cute comfy pants. Easy for travel as they are lightweight. Cute design.

I believe this company is a scam and they are advertisiing under multiple multiple names. I have found lugaqa.com, zuwals.com, arzihe.com, vudul.com duleey.com, suvaty.com, tyciy.com. What reason would they have for so many names. I did order and it took over a month to receive and I believe if I had not complained, I would have never received it. I had 3 emails saying the product had shipped, but tracking said only the label was printed. When it arrived, it actually came from another company from Chicago. SO Beware

I wish I could rate them lower than one. Horrible experience - have been waiting for 6 weeks for the items I ordered. The only thing they tell me is it shipped but tracking info states otherwise. Customer services is some of the worst I have experienced. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

Everything fits perfectly according to size, fine, comfortable fabrics and size. Delivery on time. I will shop again

The dress was fairly timely shipped, given the distance. It is fantastic - like wearing a warm hug. I got compliments the first day I wore it.
