I got the t-shirt I wanted and the color I wanted.

We received our order and the shirts are of a great quality. The problem is that our logo email address is not correct. When I showed them the error, they said it was in our logo, which it clearly is not. The font is not even the same. They offered to reprint my order at half of what I originally paid and said that they made no error. It would have been nice if they owned up to the error on their end. I will be looking for another printing option.

Putting my order in was easy. The graphic designer assist with my photo and I received my order in a timing manner.

Quick and accurate

The logo’s were crooked. Disappointed that they even had the audacity to send it like this and wants a review? Hats don’t even fit. Didn’t order large. Ordered small!

It turned out great. Pretty easy process too.

Printing of our logo looks great, but the quality of the product is poor (which is understandable at the price point). However, the very disappointing element is that the patches that our logo is printed on were not centered on the cooler. They are sewn on crooked with loose threads. We are expecting a full refund as only 2 out of 25 are sewn on straight and look good enough to hand out to our even participants. Very disappointed.

First time customer here! I absolutely love my two tone mugs! In fact, I am going to order more! They are part of a box that will be provided to Women at a conference I am hosting and I cannot wait to see their faces. The delivery time was so fast, I was shocked!

THE WORST, I made an order of 100 tote bags for, a event and they sent the wrote color for the logo on the bags. I then called them explaining to them that it was a wrong order and they told me that I either had the option of returning the bags and getting a refund or they would send me back another 100 bags as compensation. I choose the 100 bag compensation. I called because a week passed and they did not update me on the status of my order and when I called they said that whoever told me on the phone that was wrong and that I would need to return the bags to get a replacement. However the bags were for an event and we did not have the time to get a replacement as we believed we were getting the right bags. I said this and the person named val said they would speak with Managment and then did not get back to me. I spoke with another representative and they said that the director had said I could get a 50 percent discount on the next purchase of bags. Why would I want to buy another order of bags when they messed up the first time??? No apologies were made and I am extremely angry and disappointed! Please this company is not good do not make orders from here.
