Getting Cops called on me for trying to use the ATM

Hello, I had the police called on me for counting my money in the parking lot of Cadence Bank in Rayville Louisiana. They're deleting comments to protect their white racist manager and they think this is going to go away,but its not. I'm going to continue to seek legal representation to deal with this situation. She said I could have a gun & that I could be there to rob them. I explained that I'm counting money to add to my friend account through the ATM. She still acted as if I was a threat. She claimed it's all women working in the bank. I said I'm a women. She said we don't know that, I said you know it now.She still let her racist mi d take over and still called the cops. I asked so is it a policy that no one use the ATM outside of business hours? She said yes. Totally absurd and this type of behavior has to stop.

Never never never try to get a loan…

Never never never try to get a loan through this bank, especially Reagan Dykes. Very unprofessional, does not respond. She told us one thing and then later told us something different. Still has yet to respond to any emails or calls!

Run and Keep running...

Simply trying to transfer account onto Quickbooks and they wont put our business account in... after 3 hours of working on this they said it would be 24-48hrs before someone would call me back to "handle" this relatively simple issue... Meanwhile my accountant is waiting...waiting...waiting... for us to get this done. Makes us look like idiots. Thank you Cadence for being impossible. If u are considering Cadence move on, its just not worth it.

0 stars, sold something to a women yesterday. 20 bucks sent through zelle and it still has not been put into my account yet zelle states posted today. first off zelle is supposed to immediately deposited not show available tomorrow. as i stated its still not available. its not the dollar amount its literally that the bank has not deposited it yet zelle says deposited.
55 min on hold to speak with a rep who instead of just answering my question spent 20 min asking me verify this verify that blah blah.
35 min on hold after answering all her bs questions and still no answer to my question. so im going and closing both my business and my personal account with them once all deposits have gone through.
do not waste your time as this bank is worse than chase bank .
trust me you will absolutely hate yourself for doing any business with this bank.

I have had a mortgage with them for at…

I have had a mortgage with them for at least five years now pay a week ahead of time all of a sudden it goes from I’ve missed a payment now that I went to my bank to get copies of my payments that were made now I didn’t make full payments now they put a 30 day late payment on my credit even though no payment was missed now they are claiming to have lost my payment that was electronically sent to them and trying to do another late payment fee when it was mailed out way before due date I wish I never dealt with this bank I will be contacting the better business bureau

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Very disrespectful and seemed annoyed they were having to work. They lost my paycheck and implied it was my fault. The warm friendly faces of that Bank before Cadence took over made it a pleasure to do business there. I was will be closing those accounts soon.

Abysmal for a Business Account

The customer service is abysmal. Wait times to reach a human are consistently at least 45 minutes, and live chat is even worse. You’re passed from agent to agent with no resolution.

I ordered a new business credit card over a month ago and still have not received it. I’ve called at least three times. At one point, I was told I would be charged $30 to expedite a card that was already long overdue. After pushing back, they agreed to waive the fee and assured me the card would be overnighted on 1/22 and arrive on 1/23. It never showed up.

Now they are blaming an ice storm (that didn’t even occur until 1/24), saying they DO NOT overnight and can't even find the tracking number! I’m currently on hold again, over 30 minutes, just trying to locate a card that was supposedly shipped 4 weeks ago. I also contacted my local branch, only to be told cards are not distributed at branch locations.

For a business account, this level of service is unacceptable.

Have a payment that hasn’t been…

Have a payment that hasn’t been processed at the receiving end and the customer service person gave me the bill payer number to talk to them guess what I don’t have a bill payer account number Cadence should have called on my behalf.
Looking at the reviews this is a sad situation

No Customer Care

Since the merger, I can't get any service. I had a password problem on the weekend. No customer service until the next "banking day." That turned out to be Tuesday. Forget the website "self service." I had business to take care of at that time. I took my business to another bank. Now I have been on hold with Cadence "customer service." Unfortunately, I only get an hour for lunch.

Worst bank i have ever dealt with

Worst bank i have ever dealt with! Between terrible service, bad attitudes. And plain incompetence it is a shame they bought out such a good reliable bank. I never have a good thing to say about this bank.

Without notice I was told they closed…

Without notice I was told they closed by account because a panel of officers decided to do that because my business has recieved too many returned checks from customers so they closed the account without notice. This bank is the worst and NEVER DO BUISNESS with them ever

Just unprofessional to deal with. If there was a website that was "Don't do business here.com" Cadence Bank would be on that list. Too much drama to detail all the issues here. Just go to another bank.

Closed My Account After 20 Years — Stuck in the Past on Crypto

After twenty years of banking with Cadence, they abruptly terminated my relationship because I sent and received funds through Coinbase, a regulated U.S. exchange registered with the SEC and FinCEN. There was nothing illegal, no fraud, no suspicious activity, just normal financial transactions that any modern institution should understand.

Cadence actually told me they “do not engage in crypto activities,” as if simply moving money to or from a licensed exchange somehow violates their moral code. That’s not policy, that’s ignorance. The rest of the financial world, including Congress and major banks, is working toward responsible crypto adoption and regulation. Meanwhile, Cadence acts like the internet just arrived last week.

After twenty years of trust, I was treated like a liability for participating in an industry that’s shaping the future of finance. This bank is a complete joke, stuck in the past, punishing customers for being ahead of the curve. If you believe your money should be yours to move freely and responsibly, do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.
