It's always easy to reach CA A-kasse over a phone and their employees can usually advise you on the spot with any question, and find a solution to even more complex issues where exact "procedure" doesn't necessarily exist, by applying common sense.

The employee I was in contact with was super nice and professional. She contact me with an issue and we resolved it immediately. I have never had such a pleasant encounter with the authorities before. I really like my communication with CA employees!

I have never experienced customer service like with CA. No matter who I talk to on the phone, everyone is so helpful and patient. Especially, as a foreigner it can be overwhelming to understand the Danish unemployment system and CA does a great job guiding me through the system whilst providing great support to find a job again.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the services provided. CA employees are helpful and quick to respond whenever I have questions or need assistance.

CA team helps me with any issue/question I may have, in a quick and efficient manner. There is a short waiting them when calling them.
They are very open to talk in English as well. The CA website is fairly easy to use and many guides+ templates are available (regarding CV, cover letter, interview etc.). Even though CA does not offer the union (fagforening) possibility, they have a good alternative (legal support).

In the early days CA was quite good at providing support but during the past 15 months they have become very poor. Perhaps, they take advantage of the grey area in the Danish unemployment system when a person can be unemployed and does not qualify for support? Nevertheless, they need to up their game and provide support and listen to feedback from members

Nice A casse in general, but sometimes there is miss communication in between the emails and is really hard to get help with your case.
I have been on this A casse long time now, and as I have always mentioned Suzanne Maria Weber is the best employee. She is looking to help you and she actually cares for your case. I have had conversations with other CA members but they did not seem very eager to help and they expect you to "know all things by yourself" which is not cool.
Suzanne Weber always provides correct and relevant information and therefore I try to communicate mostly with her if I need help with something and in order to avoid confusion and to be sure everything is in order.
Suzanne = top employee!!! :)

Very professional and quick customer service. I have been with CA since 2019 and can highly recommend them, especially if you are an international working in Denmark.

Their automated emails (mind you I'm translating them from Danish to English) are quite threatening. "If you don't do this, you won't get any money". That being said, I contacted them directly to explain my situation and they were able to rectify the situation without forcing me to jump through anymore additional hoops (they asked me to do exactly what I had already done and provide proof. After telling them that it was already done, they looked into it themselves). Moreover, they were kind enough to provide very thorough and helpful answers to additional questions that I had.

I feel like in general CA is very supportive when assistance is needed.
Today I needed clarification on a specific situation and Marianne (a CA konsulent) was very nice and patient in going through it and suggesting a solution. Thank you!

I called to get some information about receiving benefits and not only I got my answers but also got further information. Big shoutout to Silvia who was very helpful and ready to bring all the insights around the benefits system and "feriepenge". Very professional service and the waiting time to talk to someone on the phone is not even that long (as one would usually expect).

The best a kasse ever! They give me a lot of support and help through my search of job, always polite and friendly, find time to talk about my problems. CA also gives possibilities to join interesting workshops and seminars, and some of very interesting courses free of change or with big discount. Thank you for you care)
