Paid £12K for an Enve Fray "superbike" in Summer 2025. After many promises and delays they eventually agreed a refund in early Oct. 2025. But, despite multiple chasing via email and calls, still not refunded me! As things stand (7th Dec 2025) I have no bike and I am out of pocket by £12K. I have now started a civil case to reclaim my monies. It has been and, continues to be, an absolute nightmare!

UPDATE: 12/01/2026. They didn't respond to the legal claim I started (with HM Courts and Tribunals Service) and I have now requested a CCJ against them.

UPDATE: 08/02/2026. They have a CCJ against them for £12,694.68 but they have now closed down and no longer operating. So, a hollow victory!

Stephen John Heathcock is the majority shareholder of the company. Be aware of you ever cross his path.

I made the mistake of trying to buy a bike through these scammers, please dont alow yourself to be conned out of your money like I was.
After continually being told lies about delivery dates I gave up expecting the bike to ever turn up so asked for my money back. After giving me reassurances that I would receive a refund within there 14 day refund period, no money was received, only hollow promises.
In the end I've had to go through my bank and instigate a claim back to stand any chance of seeing my money back. Stay away from James and Steve at C6Bikes

I ordered a new bike from them, they were very quick to take the full payment amount for the bike but failed to deliver anything except excuses. After a few months of waiting I asked for a refund. C6 bikes agreed but did not refund me. I only got the refund via a chargeback order from my bank.
Buyers beware!
