The conduct of the driver was completely unacceptable. Despite having provided clear instructions and photos showing where the load should be placed, the driver made a minimal effort to complete the delivery, refused to explain anything, and walked away after dropping the load on the kerb, partially blocking a narrow lane with traffic restrictions.

Worse than the poor delivery was the attitude: dismissive, rude, and outright confrontational. When we simply asked for clarification, he spoke to us with contempt and raised his voice. This is not the standard of service anyone should expect.

Bywayers Transport - Pall ex network Dover delivered some paving and broke my concrete fence post by butting a pallet up against it. Their manager refuses to believe that his driver did this and said I should’ve videoed it
At no time did I think I had to stand there and video the delivery? He said I didn’t know what I was talking about when I said I saw the driver butt the ton pallet of paving slabs against the concrete post l am not happy with the customer service he didn’t care when I said I was going to write a review if you’re getting anything from Nustone make sure it’s not delivered by Baywater transport ltd pall-ex network or if you do have them make sure you video it all the delivery so you’ve got the evidence
Because they are not helpful in any way

Have used this company for past 8 years lately there drivers don’t give a toss, left £4000 of equipment out side our warehouse as not interested in loading, had booked a overnight delivery to 30 miles up the motor way , could not get that right after collecting a day later . Management just try cover up there errors , this sadly has become a useless company would not recommend .
