After having a 20 USDC reward "revoked" without any explanation, being unable to convert cashback reward points and lodging a complaint about it, Bybit EU wrote me saying I have violated bybit card rewards campaign rules and regulations.
I was shocked since I have opened my bybit EU account in good faith and have always used it in good faith. Bybit EU, on the other hand, has engaged in deceptive behaviour by blocking reward redemption without any notice, allowing reward points to continue being earned with no possibility of redemption, and claiming inexistent policy violations.
I do not have multiple accounts, not sure how that would even be possible given that KYC is mandatory, and I have not engaged in any kind of "dishonest behavior or cheating activities", which are the accusations levelled against me.
I have requested an appointment with my lawyer and will explore the available legal options since Bybit EU is arbitrarily excluding me from the rewards program, has acted deceptively in the process, is levelling false accusations against me, and shutting down any possibility of appeal against their vague accusations of wrongdoing by claiming their decision is final.
Bybit EU must not be aware of the fact that only courts can make final decisions regarding contractual law. The endless body of evidence here on Trustpilot and other forums that Bybit is conducting its rewards program in a fraudulent manner is not likely to help its case in court

Lv.2 Verified - I’ve been waiting since November 19 for Bybit to release my fiat funds, and it’s been nothing but empty promises and broken deadlines. They keep giving vague timelines like “soon,” “24 hours,” or “48 hours,” none of which are ever met.
Their customer support just keeps sending copy-pasted AI replies, saying my case is with the “relevant team” or “under review,” but no real progress or clear answers. Meanwhile, my money is completely frozen, causing me serious stress and inconvenience.
This is unacceptable for any exchange, especially one that claims to be professional and reliable. If you value your funds, think twice before trusting Bybit. Their support is slow, unresponsive, and they don’t respect their customers.
In the end, after 3 long weeks, they cancelled the transaction and allowed me to exchange and withdraw crypto from their platform (so didn’t help at all).

using the new app since September, mostly for the card and seamless switch between few tokens I have. the card cashback is great. after the initial 20% period, it went down to 2% and because I use it at all my shoppings it grew at 6% now.

My Bybit EU account was hacked and the platform failed to enforce its own 24-hour security rule. A new withdrawal address was added, and just 25 minutes later the hacker made 5 withdrawals totaling 0.07970037 BTC. I was online trying to stop it, but Bybit offered no real-time support. All funds were drained. A serious security failure and extremely poor customer response.

I spend with my bybit card because of the cashback. Now I want to redeem and they say I violated the terms. I won’t receive my cashback now and they don’t want to tell me what I did wrong.
Update: I did nothing wrong. Just normal payments…. What terrible company….. Just tell me what I did wrong.

I had some strugle withdrawing my founds, at the end everything went well thanks to the support, but it took 1.5 month, I understand that there can be problems but I can not give more stars since during the waiting time the value of my crypto went down.

UPDATE:
Let’s continue this discussion here, since your “explanations” are not visible to other people anyway.
If this platform were truly your own, which I still doubt, I find it hard to believe that it would operate with two different market prices. Apparently the US version can be linked to the TradingView service, while the EU version apparently cannot, because when it tries to do this, TradingView reports that the QR code is invalid. But if this connection did work, then:
According to which service’s market price would the trade actually be executed?
It makes no sense at all for me to use TradingView if the price it shows is not the correct one, so in my opinion this explanation is bullshit.
Your service behaves completely in line with TradingView, but when there is a discrepancy – caused by your platform freezing – then suddenly your platform is treated as something completely separate that uses its own market prices. The core issue here is that your platform freezes: no trading candles are printed and the market price does not move, and when you buy or sell during that “blackout”, you have no idea where the final execution price will end up.
In my case, the market price shown on TradingView was much higher than the executed trade on your “blackout” price, which was LOWER than my original entry price.
And that live chat… it’s a bot. It cannot answer this. Through your own online feedback form it is not possible to submit a new ticket if there is already one open for the same user. So once again: please fix your contact channels.
I am waiting for your response.

Extremely poor customer service that seems very difficult to reach. Bybit EU consistently settles sales at the wrong prices, which I have complained about many times. But because the website is really poor from a customer-service perspective, you can submit only one message there; you can’t add information to it, and you can’t file a second concurrent complaint under the same customer number. When getting a response takes a long time, it’s very hard to trust the platform.
The site executes sells at a price completely different from the market price, which meant that even clearly profitable trades today went through below my purchase price, because the site freezes and the platform’s market price doesn’t update. I’ve now incurred significant losses, and no one seems willing to get in touch. Since only one complaint can be submitted through the site, I have contacted Bybit support by email, but I think everyone can guess whether anyone has responded in any way.
Perhaps it’s time to make all of this public if the company itself doesn’t seem to care at all.

Mccmmxnvvvxmvxcm vPure scam. I transfered from bybit nl to bybit eu, and now they blocked my account from making withdrawlas, even after i submitted the requested ridiculous photos of me holding pieces of paper, passport etc. See below:
We have detected multiple unsuccessful verification attempts on your account, indicating unusual activity. For your security, we need you to complete an additional verification process to ensure the integrity of your account. Once this is completed, we will lift any restrictions on your withdrawal functionality.
If you have not performed any operations on your account, please click here to ban your account or follow the step-by-step guide here.
If you made attempts and failed multiple times on the verification, please reply to this email and follow the three requirements below to lift the withdrawal restriction:
(1) Recall and resubmit the exact type of identification document previously used to complete your KYC verification on Bybit EU.
For example, if you have previously used your national identity card to perform your KYC, our team requires you to resubmit the same identity card (front and back) in the reply email.
Submitting another document other than the one registered in our system will be rejected by the Bybit EU KYC team.
All information available on the document must be clear and legible, preferably in HD resolution. The team will also pay particular attention to the image clarity of your facial features. Facial features are clearly shown.
The photo/document uploaded needs to be the original file, printed documents/photoshopped documents are not acceptable. Please make sure there are no watermarks in the photo.
(2) A selfie video of yourself holding a piece of paper containing a handwritten date and the Original ID (Has been used for KYC) together.
Please indicate your request in a handwritten note and the date should be the day you take the selfie video.
For example, "I confirm that I made attempts and failed multiple times on the account verification recently. I have provided the required documents on [day/month/year]. Please lift the withdrawal restriction on my account."
Read out the above message loud and clear in English (If you are unable to speak English, you may read in your mother tongue language)
Your facial features should be seen clearly.
Please ensure that the handwritten note and the identity document in the video are readable. Please don't cover your identity document and handwritten notes while taking the video.
(3) Confirmation for withdrawal function unban request
To lift the withdrawal ban on your account, reply to this email with the following 'self-disclaimer' text: "I confirm that I made attempts and failed multiple times on the account verification recently. I have provided the required documents on [day/month/year]. Please lift the withdrawal restriction on my account."
Update:
They are still doubling down on me making all sorts of nonsensical videos to get access to MY funds.
Update:
Sent them the video with passport and text. Lets wait and see.

Bybit is not a customer-friendly company.
I opened Bybit account through referral code, joined Bybit card program and participated in their 20% new user cashback campaign.
I performed all new user tasks and accumulated points with card purchases. I accumulated 10.000 points (20 EUR).
I waited for my new user rewards, but there were not any. Then I checked Reward hub and discovered that all my rewards were revoked. When I tried to exchange my points for cash my transaction failed.
I contacted support and support guy told me that there is no restriction on my account.
The next day I got an email accusing me of violation of the campaign's rules and regulations and fraudulent behavior,
BYBIT E-mail: As a result, your accumulated Bybit Card/Pay Points are restricted from use permanently. This decision is final, and we will not be able to accommodate any appeals related to this matter.
So, I did not get any new user reward of 35 USDC and 20 EUR from 20% cashback campaign.
Instead of cashback I lost money on fees because all payments must be in crypto to get a 20% cashback.
The points were blocked without any warning during accumulation.
I am certain that I did not violate any campaign rules and I did nothing wrong. When I tried to get an explanation from support of what I was doing wrong and what rules did I violated there is no explanation.
Bybit behavior towards customers is unacceptable.
I feel cheated and I strongly advise to stay away from Bybit.eu.

The EU bybit is the worst of the worst, worst service, and their volume is the worst of all. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Better go to a exchange that's worth your while

Closed my account already after a week with Bybit EU (that is : I deactivated it because closing is not possible they wrote me, in itself unbelievable since data from old accounts are apparently put up for sale, see the message from Ukrain in the Google-reviews of Bybit HQ). I noted : a defective buying/selling process (at every one-click buy or sell it was confronted with an error message after confirming, both via site and app, resulting in double transactions because it apparead tafterwards that the transaction did go through), a non-intuitive (read: terrible) website site and app, and an unpractical withdrawal procedure (withdrawal of my funds also turned into an ordeal : not only do they charge far too high costs for a SEPA transfer (not incoming but outgoing…), the combination of e-mail verification and google authenticator at the same time and with a much too limited time frame ended in time-out because of to many trials. It took me more than 15 minutes to simply withdraw my balance). Stay away from this crypto-trading platform, whatever so-called experts/influencers might say (the undoubtebly have financial interest in promoting ByBit).

I have 90.000 Rewards points on bybit from using their debit card. Each time I try to redeem them, I receive an error message stating that my redemption has failed and that I should contact support.
For more than three weeks, I have escalated the issue to the live support, which is unable to help and always promises that someone will reach out to me via e-mail. However, this never happens.
The 90,000 points are worth 225 Euro and I cannot do anything with them due to a technical glitch, with the Bybit support team proving entirely unhelpful on this. Beware of using the Bybit card.

Absolute shitshow.
Not intuitive to use, very confusing compared to other exchanges.
Asking for information that is not relevant to what I want to do. (transaction history of my bankaccount)
Having trouble cashing out, because of this.
Support is a stupid chatbot. Forget it, any random other exchange will do better.
P.s. as in your reply, you have no business asking for transaction history. And the other requests, I don't even know what you're asking. I'm done with you guys

Guys let me share my honest experience with Bybit EU it’s been a total letdown. On bybit.com everything was perfect lightning fast UI, spot, futures, up to 100x leverage, P2P, earn products, and of course the Wealth Management section with structured products, Dual Assets that gave insane yield opportunities in bull or bear markets, launchpool, copy trading, bots you name it. Bybit was unique.
The moment we switched to bybit.eu everything got gutted. No Wealth Management, no Dual Assets, no structured products, no advanced earn options half the menu is just greyed out or missing. What made Bybit stand out is gone. Now it’s just a basic exchange with KYC hell and EU restrictions.
Honestly? At this point better keep everything on Ledger and self custody. Bybit EU feels like a downgraded version for compliance checkboxes not for traders

I have been using bybit since last 3 years and had great experience so far, and finally they got MICA licence which gave much needed security to new users. Much recommended for anyone new wants to get in to crypto space.

LOVE the new App. I use the ByBit card almost always nowadays because of the benefits. I already convinced my family and friends to use it. I can recommend this to everyone

Reply from Bybit EU
Worst experience ever. Besides the confusing APP, they have accused me of wrongdoing and have blocked my points earned during their 20% cashback campaign for new users. I am actually losing money because payments have to be made in crypto in order to get the bonus but each transaction is surcharged. So, instead of cashback, I'm paying and losing money with every purchase made.
All communication with them is extremely frusturating; once they say no, they limit their answers to that and it's final.
Feeling completely cheated by them.

I invited several friends to join Bybit EU and made sure all referral tasks were completed on time. Everything was done according to the rules, yet when the reward day arrived, Bybit cancelled all bonuses without any clear explanation.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency and fairness. I reached out for clarification, but received vague responses and no resolution.
I strongly do not recommend using the Bybit platform if you value trust and accountability. Their handling of referral rewards has been deeply disappointing.
