Totally unprofessional!
I placed an order 14 days ago. Their policy is to deliver in 5-7 working days. I chased them for the status of my order. Only after I chased, they cancelled my order. So they charged me £107 for my order. Kept my money for 14 days and did not dispatch my order. Only when I contact them, they send me an email to say “refund processed”. I still have to wait a further 5 days for my refund. No apology, no explanation and more importantly, if I had not chased, how long would I be waiting. Cash flow, why is my money in their account and not mine??? Terrible service.
And just for the record, Essence Vault is a better product. It’s a scam, do not trusting!

BVPerfumes is always good value for money. On regular basis I get my fragrance here, I’m very satisfied how fast they ship out, the communication and how well the goods are wrapped. I never had a broken bottle. Plus they always have a good deal to be made.

We received an email asking for our views on your service and product before it had been delivered even though it was being tracked and we therefore sent an email explaining this to which we have so far not received a reply.
This was the only reason we did not award five stars.

Even though I paid for 5 to 7 day delivery.
Contacted customer services and got told that no refund would be offered.
Not great.
Perfume smells nice, but doesn't last very long.
I won't be shopping here again.
