Very bad service for fanshop!!
In July 2024 we bought two BVB Jerseys for our kids at the fan store close to the stadium. After 1 day, the player's name on the back of both shirts came off. Since we do not live in Germany, we contacted BVB via the service email address. The shirts could be returned and the money would be refunded. After a lot of email traffic and many promises (from Nico and Dominic), to refund the amount as quickly as possible, this has still not happened after 6 months. They cannot be reached by telephone and emails are also answered poorly or very late. This is a shame for a football club like BVB. We now have 2 children at home who have spent their savings for nothing. No money, no jerseys!
Update 27-2-2025: on Jan 15th BVB promised to pay the refund within 14 days. It is now end of February and still no payment received.....
