The survey was carried out within 10 days of instruction, unlike some of the bigger firms who quoted a six week waiting time. The service was much more personal in that I was also able to speak to Arthur, whereas the bigger firms I contacted were online or leave a message for a call back.
The price was very competitive and paid on receipt of the report, rather than upfront.
The report was very thorough and covered everything I needed to know.

Having used the `Local Surveyors…
Having used the `Local Surveyors Direct` site to locate a surveyor for a Homebuyers Reoprt I opted to ask Arthur from bValued Ltd to carry out the work - BEST decision made that day !
He arranged to visit the property in Portishead within 4 days and the report was back to me within 7 days as he had promised.
The report was very detailed,comprehensive and easy to understand along with many photos.
There were a few points I needed clarity on so I spoke with Arthur who was helpful,professional,understanding and has a good sense of humour!!!
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to do your survey......in fact I`m thinking of inviting him over to the first BBQ we have in Spring in our new home ....

Superb sevice
Very professional and efficient service and competitively priced.
We had a homebuyer report completed by Arthur which was sent to us over a bank holiday weekend very impressive,the report was detailed enough without confusing us, it included photographs and some video clips of the house we are buying.
We would use and recommend Bvalued to friends and family.
