Bought myself a new phone, paid for next day delivery, waited and waited for a dispatched email and an out for delivery email and i got nothing. Rang customer service and asked where it was me they said it was out of stock, i never got a notification or anything to say that it was out of stock and was left completely unaware of this. I am very disappointed, i didn’t get offered my £10 back for next day delivery and didn’t get an apology.
Terrible won’t be using them again.

They sent the wrong instructions, then sent an email which would't open, got there in the end by watching a utube video.

I have to say I was highly impressed, I ordered the BBQ on Friday 1:30pm and it was delivered by 11am on Saturday, exceptional service!

Follow up review to what has been a awful experience with buy it direct from start to finish have attached return label for dpd collection 29/06/2026 I have had the time to look at the packing it is in awful condition with no base to the box it remains as it arrived untouched in the frankly falling apart box we're has it been before me? This is just another element of a very sorry affair from a company who I genuinely believe do not give a dam about product care customer care genuinely any dam care .

Pay for next day saturday delivery get the below 1 hour after they close stating we wont get it tomorrow, we wont know anything else until Monday (3 days later) and we cant even contact them...

This is for an order in excess of £1k aswell.

"We're really sorry about the delay. We are investigating the problem with your order and will update you with a new delivery date by 3pm on 29/06/2026. Unfortunately, your order won't be delivered tomorrow."

Bought an air conditioning unit on 8th June within 16 days it was clear it simply cannot cool the space it's supposed to. Raised a return request and was told their terms don't allow returns on commercial items. I bought this in my personal name as a consumer. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives me the right to reject a product that isn't fit for purpose within 30 days no terms and conditions can override that.

I have now sent a formal letter citing the relevant legislation. If this isn't resolved promptly I will be escalating to trading standards.

Disappointing experience from a company that should know consumer law. I'd urge anyone in a similar position to know your rights before accepting a refusal.

** So they asked me for photos which I sent to their WhatsApp number, they confirmed they had them on the phone and came out with the same old rubbish we don’t refund a commercial item. Funny how everything is done over the phone, they don’t seem to like to leave a paper trail. Then today I get an email saying Here's a note to let you know, we've closed your recent case about a return. This company are a bunch of scammers and they use overseas customer service to fob you off**

Arrived when they said and the delivery man was really helpful and pleasant, the TV is very nice too.

I bought a reconditioned freezer for the garage. It was a good price but one or two more dents than expected. But,it’s great for the garage and saved some money. It was so easy to order the freezer and we collected it just a few hours later, would definitely buy from them again.

Two guys delivered and fitted my washer a hoover h wash that was supplied by this outfit ,I am pleased with it and will happily shop with them again my only grumble is they rang me three times to check my address then just casually mention extra warranty cover which you can add when you buy the machine you just click it but I hadn't done that because I didn't want it they ask you why you don't want it but they
don't make a note of it so you get another call ,the last caller said I'll take you off the list and I've not had another call since so easily remedied and great product

Great prices and on the one occasion I've needed customer services, they were very responsive and helpful.

This is the second laptop we have bought from you in the last few months (and previous purchases some years ago). I had bought myself a Dell; this was an HP for my wife (Dells reminded her too much of work!). Both are superb value; premium devices for budget prices and almost indistinguishable from new. (There's a significant difference between 3rd and 10th generation i5s; much less between 10th and 15th.) And delivery is amazingly fast; ordered at 19.00on Friday evening, arrived 11.00 on Saturday. Highly recommended.

Ordering straight forward process. Arrived on time. Not installed in new bathroom yet so cannot comment on functionality. Looks nice.
