They are representing a scam company called MELT DROPS. Do not do business with them. I watched a video and they represent the Dr Sanjay Gupta developed this weight loss formula. This is a complete and total lie as I have spoken to Dr Gupta via email and he told me he has absolutely nothing to do with the product. Buy goods continue to represent this scam product so I recommend that you do not do business with them until they eliminate scam products from their line. Buyer beware.

At the end of May 2026 I purchased a product called Cognihoney from this company. After I paid I learned that this is a scam and I tried to cancel. They wouldn't cancel but said I could return the product for a full refund upon receipt. When I called for the return address they talked me into keeping the product with an offer of a 70% refund. I accepted but then they refused to refund the sales tax. I decided to return the unused product for a full refund, the 30% that they still owed me. I returned the product in the same packaging that I received it in and have proof of delivery in good condition. The company kept saying a refund was coming and then said that the return was damaged so I was not eligible for the balance of my refund which was $108.78. I had to file a claim with PayPal and eventually got the balance I was owed but only because PayPal gave me the refund. This company is a flat out fraud. Do not buy from this company and believe nothing they say. Thank goodness for PayPal.

They create orders and charge for products you didn't choose.
When ordering a particular product, an additional order for a different product that I did not want was created and charged. When calling immediately for a cancellation and full refund, the automated system eventually worked, but it took time and my insistence on a full refund multiple times. The recording then states that the cancelled product could still be shipped out to me (in spite of my calling literally less than 5 minutes after the order was created), in which case I will have to once again be in contact with this company to get a return number, and go through the hassle of returning the product, or I'll be recharged for the unreturned product. What a sleazy way to try to railroad people into receiving, and paying for, unwanted products! Even if NeuroMind Pro is a good product, I'd be reluctant to order any more, based on their use of this company for their sales.
